Great atmosphere in this place, the food is quite bland, defiantly not fresh, but they do very tasty potato skins. The one thing I cant stand in a restaurant is when the waiter brings out the main before you finish your starter, this is so rude and has happened to me twice. They obviously care more about getting you in and out rather than caring about your dining experience.

I visited here last week for the first time and I am very glad I did. The lunch special- I went for the steak with a 2.50 supplement, So it cost me 12.50 for a steak dinner and a glass of wine, this is unbelievable value and the steak was cooked to perfection, id say one of the best steaks Iv had. I would prefer a bigger portion of pepper sauce as it was also the smallest portion id ever had. The service was fast and efficient, I think we were in and out in 30 mins. Over all great place,nice staff,beautiful food and very fair prices, I'm sure I will be a regular customer now :)

This restaurant is by far the finest dining you can have in Drogheda, I have been going here the last 10 years or so and have never had one complaint. I live in Dublin and drive all the way here to dine because to me it is well worth the drive. its the only place that slices the chicken into fine thin slices rather than rubbery cubes of chicken as like most Chinese restaurants. I think the price is more than fair considering how big the portions are and the taste and quality of food. And finally the staff and the decor of the place is extremely authentic and add to the fine dining experience. This place is open 15 years or longer and its easy to see why, great place :)

I thought this place was more of a joke than a hotel, the food was below average and the service was the worst iv ever had. I would think that a hotel would employ professional waiters and staff but this place does not. The staff was extremely rude and late with our food with any explanation. When I asked for extra sauce as my food was so late it had dried up the girl roled her eyes and almost stormed off to get it. The food when we got it was nice but I would prefer not to go back due to the poor service and rude employees.

I love this place, ok it is expensive but the food is one of the tastiest around. Their new menu offers the cheapest deals I think eddie rockets has ever had, Tender/slider/ meals only 6.50. I find the service always to be fast and very friendly staff. I do wish they had'nt takin the garlic mushrooms off the menu as they were they were my favorite thing on the menu. Over all love visiting this place and love the old music always being played to.

I only visited this place once and this was enough, I ordered off the earlybird menu which I thought was good value but turned out to be wrong. I orderd dough balls for my starters,,,which actually turned out to be just that, no falvour, no sauce. I was given water, with no ice and was actaully luke warm. The food took quite some time to arrive and took even longer for the watress to come and give us the bill. Then when we paid the bill the waitress assumed that our 3 euro change was her tip and took it. Not a good dining experience unfortunately.

The food is nice off the special menu 15euro for a 2 courses is very nice, and the wine served here is amoung one of my favorites. The only thing I dont like is when it is busy they place you at a table which is way to close to other people for my liking. I like to enjoy my dining experience and cant when I am sittin at them little 2 people table and hearing other peoples conversations as well as them hearing mine. other than that the people are nice and the food is tasty.

This place is high class, you would think with the quality of service and food it would be extremely expensive but its not all, great value. its seems with the food they take real pride in hows its cooked and more importantly presented. The people are so friendly and eficient, making sure drinks are always full, always greeting with a smile and even going as far to light up my smoke when I was having one outside. Great place highly recommended
