Lovely views, pleasant table service. Early bird menu is affordable and the selection is decent, with two or three courses available. Starters were good, and the presentation of the food adds something special to each course. Fish main was excellent and fellow diners had a generous portion of steak that was cooked to perfection. The post 7pm rush caused our desserts to be delayed by quite awhile but the staff updated us regularly enough and my chocolate gateaux was well worth the wait (see pic! http://www.flickr.com/photos/23189082@N06/7389278914/in/photostream)
Malahide has plenty of top quality restaurants but Ciao is easily one of the best, providing impeccably presented food at affordable prices in a relaxed atmosphere. Recommended.
