I had the pleassue of attending Koishi for dinner with my husband and a few friends
The food quality was top notch and the sevice was quick and attentive.
Our only disappointment was that there was a large party of 10 in the resturant and becuase the dining area is so small it put a damper on the evening for we were strainning to hear each other at time.
After reading some of the other comments, I was expecting the sushi to be on the pricing side but I did not find that, I personally found that the hot dishes were a bit expensive e.g. 16.50 for beef ramen soup. I will definately go back but will avoid the hot main courses.

After going to the Waterloo for a few drinks and seeing what appearred to be great dishes coming from the kitchen.
We finally went for dinner, we were a large group of 7 and the food choices were good. For there was enough of a variety for 1/2 the table to just order starters to share and the other rest of us got mains. I had the chicken with scallion mash and spinich, which was very good, even my son and husband commented for there were no left-overs on my plate for them. My husband orderred the chicken quesadillas for a main and was disappointed for there was very little filling.
All in all, I would go back for dinner or a quick bit but I would avoid the chicken quesadillas.

The resturant is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The service was top notch.
My only negative comment is that it's a pricey, so can't afford to dine here as often as I would like, but it will be on my list to celebrate special occasions.

Great value for money. We had the tapas tower and also orderred 2 additional places. We felt that the food quality was good but would say that a couple of the dishes were lacking in originality and flavour e.g. meatball and the ham and cheese, but other 5 dishes I can't stop raving about!
I would highly recommend for a party of 6 or less, there was a larger party there on the night and the wait-staff seemed to be struggling to serve all drinks and some dishes at the same time.

Had a mid-week dinner with my husband, the resturant was nicely furnished and the service was great. We had the 4 course for 17.50, which was great value and the selection of options was plentiful.
I would highly recommend this resturant.
