I really loved this place, we ate in the bar area which I really loved because the buzz was great, you could see the kitchen, the décor is bright and vibrant. we knew to book well in advance for the table and even on a Monday the place was nicely full. I'd heard stories about the waiting staff but from start to finish we were treated so well. The food was superb, I had been looking forward to the menu for ages and it didn't disappoint, We had the lobster hotdog, parmesan fries, carpaccio, pasta with truffle oil, to name a few..all the dishes were superb...although a little on the sweet side it was nothing like I'd ever tasted. I would highly recommend this place we did not stop talking about it for days!

We went here on a night out that was well anticipated. The service was superb , all the waiters were really efficient and friendly and helpful, the cocktails were great although a bit pricey. Unfortunately, the food was just ok, it didn't really live up to my anticipation of an upmarket grill house I wouldn't be rushing back for that reason as great quality food in Dublin at any level these days is very easy to come by, which makes this more disappointing but the atmosphere and buzz of the place were great so Id probably recommend it

I've only been here for lunch as it had been recommended by the people on work. The food is good, nice organic and inventive. Their chocolate muffins are the best I have ever tasted ...the lady at the deli counter however, kept yelling for staff every 5 mins which was pretty annoying and quite rude...I do think the place is pretty overpriced..up to €7.50 for a take away sandwich, but they do have good coffee

I love this place, I went there today fro the first time! The owner is such a nice guy as is the waitress, it's great value and a lovely atmosphere. We came in when it was busy and said we'd go to the bank when we came back he had reserved a table for us to ensure we would have one when we came back. They do a fabulous home made soup and I hear a mean breakfast. it's lovely to get such lovely wholesome food at a good price , when so many coffee shops are getting it wrong. I'll definitely be back , this is my new local

I went downstairs to the cellar bar meeting a friend for a drink. I like the way you can choose the wine and there is a corkage (€10) , we had an anti pasta plate of meat and cheese, not the best I've had there , the waiters ere very nice, not too helpful on the wine but its such a lovely atmosphere I would go back

I have to agree with everyone on this one, this place is a real gem. The food is really good and great value and the candles and decor make it really intimate.
The only concern I have with it is the cost of the wine. If your sharing a bottle the prices are reasonable enough but by the glass it is very overpriced.The menu gives the option of small or large glasses, but the small are tiny and at double the price sometimes going up to €12 the large is not worth it. I hope that this is something that changes as I really am a big fan of the place and would recommend it to anyone

Went here with a few friends for the brunch offer.Have been for dinner a couple of times too and the service and food is always superb, really friendly staff, lovely menu and great value.
