Had been to this place on a Saturday nite with a friend of mine. Place is quite roomy although there weren't many people in.
In my opinion the restaurant does some justice to Indian cuisine unlike most so called Indian restaurant run by non-Indians. Service was good as well. True value for money.
Will be back for sure.

had our staff party out here....9 of us...the food was great no questions asked....but u really have to make an effort to get their attention so as to make orders.they try to manage all the customers with less staff i guess.....reasonably priced as well...the place can get a bit stuffy when its full due to lack of ventilation..
look out for the 10% service charge with the bill...i wonder why????

Small and cosy with an off licence next door.
Staff were quite courteous but the food just turns you off.
our starters included a katti kebab and a mixed platter.
Both the starters were bland and the platter was definitely not worth 10 quids.
The kebab was a nothing but a wrap with few pieces of lamb and salad fillings.
Main course included a chicken tikka masala (which looked like a creamy dessert and tasted like butter chicken) and lamb rampuri.
We ve tasted tikka masala in quite a few indian restaurants and this one was way off the mark.
Lamb rampuri wasnt great either.
Saving grace was that they allow you to get your own spirits without corkage.
The restaurant was busy though.
Wont be back again for sure.

our first time at pulau pinang....great ambience as well as a good street view.
ordered a set menu for me n my wife.
have to say that the quantity was good so was the taste.
