Dined with family in a group of 10 for lunch on Friday. Place was buzzing and after a 15 min wait to get a table, we had a very pleasant meal. Everyone was delighted with the standard of food and service was very good. Lunch was 23e for 3 courses and given the quality of the food this was really excellent value. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I've been a somewhat regular (1-2 times per year) of this restaurant for many years since its barracuda - beach house - barracuda days and was always a fan and reckoned it was one of the best in Bray. I recently went there with the family for mother's day. Given the day that was in it I was surprised that the restaurant was less than half full for lunch but it was soon confirmed to me that the restaurant has dis-improved since my last visit. My main issue was the service - the food was extremely slow in arriving, no explanation, couldn't catch the attention of the waiter, service staff seemed to lack professionalism I previously experienced here (and in every other good restaurant), and even when I made a negative comment when paying it was completely ignored. We all left disappointed and I will not be going back until I hear about improvements in this place.

I went here with a group of work colleagues, as I hadn't been for a few years. It is still as good as I remember – lovely décor, great atmosphere, very attentive staff and superb food. Can be a little pricey ordering from the a la carte menu (starters 8-10, mains 20-28) although still worth it. But do get the early bird if you can - absolutely superb value at 25e for three courses. Highly recommended.

Lovely venue, the place was buzzing when we got there after work. It seems to be very popular with couples and small groups. Food was lovely, very tasty. Menu was perhaps a bit limited in choice and on the pricey side but overall a lovely experience.

Dined here yesterday for a valentine’s lunch. What a lovely restaurant, it was full over lunch, great atmosphere, food was wonderful with a menu full of very interesting things (I had the seatrout to start and the rabbit server in a pot with vegetables and a tasty broth. Although we were on a voucher the normal lunch menu was great value at 3 courses for 22e – well worth it. I will definitely be back.

Took the family here for dinner on a Sunday evening, nice place above a pub. Food was above average - burgers were good, lots of food and I had a very nice steak. Service was very good and very friendly staff. Good value and a nice enjoyable meal overall.

I went here early Saturday evening as couldn't get a table for later with my wife and son. The place was pretty empty at that time (6pm) but they were obviously expecting a big crowd as they turned away quite a few people dropping in speculatively (the Notre Dame/Navy game had just finished in the Aviva). It is a small restaurant, but very cosy with a bistro type dining room, and the food was some of the best French cuisine I've tasted in Dublin - fresh, tasty and beautifully presented! The ginger crème brulee was absolutely superb to finish up with. The prices are very reasonable given the high quality. I will certainly go again soon.

I've walked passed this restaurant for years and always said I had to dine there, as everyone there (downstairs in the bar area anyway) always looked like they were enjoying themselves. Finally I saw the Irish Times deal and went. I was not sorry. The place was buzzing, pretty full with an excellent atmosphere. The food was superb and service very good. I had the Pan-fried marinated sirloin, wild rocket and parmesan shavings to start – delicious, and an excellent sirloin steak with blue cheese for mains and a lovely polenta torta for desert. Excellent mean and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I've been to this restaurant a few times in the past and love it. This time the food was delicious as usual, service was good and the atmosphere (Friday night) was great as the restaurant was quite busy with couples, work and social groups. The early bird menu is excellent value (up to 7:30pm each night), set menus are also good but individual items on the a la carte can be quite expensive.
Overall a great authentic Thai meal.

My wife and I dined on the menupages deal on a Friday night. I've been here before and it was generally quiet but this time the place was full and had a great atmosphere. My other half got the fish platter and I was very jealous as it was huge and had lots of variety (she graciously shared some of it with me). I had the steak which was excellent. The deserts were absolutely lovely and a very nice end to a great meal. Service, food and atmosphere were superb, I will definitely return.

Despite having worked in the are before I never knew that this restaurant existed (its hidden up a side street). Thanks to menupages voucher for introducing it to me. It is a lovely restaurant, very french style and chic without being stuffy. Staff were lovely and the place was more then half full on a very wet evening. The food lived up to the expectations and it would have been worth paying full price for this lovely meal.

Went here with a menupages voucher with my wife after work on a Friday. Restaurant had a basic cafe feel to it rather than a restaurant, decor was basis but staff were very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately for me the food was a real let-down. Starters were only okay and lettuce on both was not fresh, steaks for main (two different types) were some of the toughest I have tasted in a long time (even though they were med-rare). Dessert and wine list were both good though.

My wife and I had a super meal here last night using the menupages voucher which was great value. I also noticed that they do a very good priced lunch. Everything about the restaurant was excellent, choice of food, presentation & taste, lovely attentive waitress who was so sweet, facilities and atmosphere. The place was comfortably full. Lots of seating options so look like it would suits larger groups of 10 (lovely big round tables) as well as couples in comfy areas. Big selection of food, mostly Italian style - pasta, pizza, regular mains (I had lovely fillet steak, my wife tasty monkfish), cocktails, and a good wine list. Would recommend.

I found this place for lunch a few weeks back and have gone back since. The lunch menu is incredible value and the food quality is excellent. The place is a little bit quite at lunchtimes but I've noticed it is getting busier. It is a nice bright and airy modern restaurant with very attentive service.

We recently dined here on a Saturday night using a menupages voucher. The staff were lovely and very helpful, the food overall was good but not great value for what you got (if you were paying full menu prices). The atmosphere was a little dull (not to blame my fellow diners!) but the layout doesn’t lend itself to cosy dining. Also they could have done with a piano player or something else to liven things up. Nonetheless it was a nice experience and service was excellent.

We dined recently in the Pandan court on a Friday night. It is a lovely cosy restaurant and was almost full that night with couples, groups and families.
The menu is very extensive, and also includes both set menus and value menus. The food is delicious, well above average and plentiful. The wine list was very good value, we had a house wine - an unoaked chardonnay - which was lovely.
In particular the service was exceptional, firstly we received a lovely welcome from the maitre'd (owner?) and were very well looked after for the night. It is one we plan to visit again with the family next time.

Lovely small restaurant giving authentic Italian dining experience. I visited this restaurant with a group of 10 clients for lunch. What I didn't realise is that they opened especially for us, so restaurant was quiet as a result. Nonetheless it was a superb experience with extremely friendly staff, attentive to our needs and lovely to chat with. The food was excellent – good fresh ingredients, very good value working from their dinner menu (gave us a discount on that for lunch), excellent recommendations on wine (the waiter seemed to be an expert on Italian wines – he said that they also run wine tasting evenings) and overall a very satisfied group of people.

My wife and I ate here last Saturday night. We were dining on a voucher so value was very good, but even so they provide good value with €10 2-course lunch menu, and an evening value menu for less than €20. The restaurant was comfortably full with a good atmosphere. Food was excellent, delicious, plentiful and well presented. Service was a little slow but not uncomfortably so. Overall a nice experience.
