I was here with the hubby last Friday after work. We got here very early so we were the only ones in the restaurant which was good because we got a window table. We loved the decor and the staff was really nice and explained the tasting menu. We went for two fixed menues and liked the taste of the food although my mozzarella sticks were lukewarm and I would have preferred them a little warmer. Fish and chips were really good but I honestly found that even after three courses I was still a bit hungry. I don't think I will be back soon simply because the tasting menu doesn't really work for me.

I was here a bout a month ago with my husband. We live in the area and had driven past it many times so we decided to give it try. It didn't strike us as particularly clean (there were quite a few crumbs on our seats) but the atmosphere was good enough, thanks to the nice weather. We ordered nachos for starter: a huge portion that we could barely finish between the two of us! I then had a burger and the hubby has steak: they were both of decent quality but nothing too exciting.
I think it's a nice place to gribe a bite but definitely not fancy.

What a wonderful surprise this place was! I had never been here (although I had passed by it many times) until last Saturday, when a friend invited us here for dinner to celebrate his recent graduation. Nothing about The Cedar Tree can be faulted. We had one of the Mezze, as we could not decide what to pick among all of the many options available: we definitely did not regret our choice. Everything was delicious (including the lovely Lebanese red wine, served cold). But the best part was dessert: Bakhlava is among the best things I've ever eaten! Service is of very high level and you also get to assist to a little belly-dancing show: what else would you ask for?!?

The decor of this place is definitely off-putting: really 1980's and uninspiring. Although service is quite good and food is of decent quality and well presented, the menu is definitely overpriced for a restaurant in Clonee, especially these days. We had Sushi and Prawns for starters which were good but quite miniscule portions. Our mains were very small scallops and prawns: nothing to write home about. When we asked for prawn crackers they said they did not have any: quite disappointing. With two glasses of white wine the bill came to 70 euro: not what I call value for money.

My boyfriend and I live near Ongar village so we decided to pay a visit to Jaipur for the first time last Friday. We decided to go for the Early Bird menu and we both agreed it is great value for money. Starters were delicious and mains were even better. Service is attentive without being overwhelming and the presentation of the dishes is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place.

If you are looking for REAL Italian food, this is the place to go (believe me, I'm Italian!). None of the other so-called Italian restaurants I have visited in Ireland deserve to be called so but this is definitely an oasis of "italianity". I visited Pinocchio in a couple of occasions and, oh my God, the quality of food is amazing. Their Spaghetti allo Scoglio is just superb and even the espresso is the proper Italian one. I will definitely go back over and over again!

Although I am still moaning the loss of Aya, I was happy to see YO Sushi take over as I think the area needed a sushi place. Food is of decent quality but it is a bit annoying that you have to order all hot dishes as they are not on the conveyor belt. I also miss the 55 mins option Aya offered, although the unlimited Miso Soup offering is pretty good.
Staff is also very effeicient and friendly.
I will probably go back.

There is only one word to describe this little restaurant: lovely! It really feels like one of those Brasserie you can see when in Paris. My boyfriend and I decided to celebrate our anniversay here and did not regret our choice. For starters we had onion soup (delicious) and a large mixed platters of meat and cheeses. As a main course, my boyfriend went for the dish of the day and I had Moules Frites. Everything was gourgeous (even though my mussels were a bit cold) but portions were so big we couldn't possible finish them all. Will definitely go back!

My boyfriend and I shared a platter of nachos for starter which was decent but not excellent. I decided to use my menuepoints to redeem the €25 euro voucher for Luigi Malone's and booked a table for Friday evening. The atmosphere of the place is definitely not the best for a romantic dinner: the restaurant was absolutely packed and we got squashed in between two other tables. That said, the service was fast and efficient and cannot be faulted. Food was ok: we shared a platter of nachos for a starter, which was good. As a main course I had a burger which was big but not particularly tasty and definitely overcooked, with very disappointing skinny fries.
My boyfriend had lamb skewers which he found very hard to eat because of the unusual way they were served: hanged on a sort of double-hook!
All in all, not particularly impressed.

I've never given 5 stars before but I really believe Shimla deserves all of them! I've visited it for the first time last Friday after reading all the good reviews and was not disappointed. I loved the atmosphere, cozy and romantic at the same time. Staff is perfectly trained and they are always around if you need them without being overwhelming. Last, but not least, food is of the highest quality. My boyfrined and I went for the set menu B (because you have so much lovely dishes to choose from that we couldn't really make up our minds!). I will definitely go back SOON!

I visited El Paso last Friday and made it on time for the early bird: great value for money. I had quesadilla for starters and sizzling chicken fajitas as a mains: nothing to be faulted there (maybe a bit too much coriander in the tomato relish). My boyfriend was also happy with his choices. Service is perfect and the atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a Tex-Mex restaurant. Loved it!

I paid a visit to this place last Saturday with a couple of friends. Service was perfect: friendly and professional. We decided to share a starter of Farm House Pate': delicious! As a main course I went for a Fish Boxty, which I quite liked. I also treated myself to a very good chocolate pudding. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Great place: was here for a working dinner and had deep fried buffalo mozzarella for starters and a generous portion of tortelloni with artichokes and ricotta cheese for main course. Was here for the first time last Saturday for lunch. My boyfriend and I thought the menu was great: the dishes sounded really interesting on paper...unfortunately the reality was quite different. Our starters (goat's cheese and hoummus) were miniscule. Our mains I believe were beans out of a can and supermarket sausages. The only decent thing were our two espressos. Service was alright but I don't think I'll go back anytime soon.

Had a very enjoyable dinner with my boyfriend on Saturday at La Paloma. For starter we had Manchego frito with honey an onions: lovely. For main course my boyfriend had swordfish, which he said was very good. I had a few tapas.
Wine by the glass was of good quality and espressos were also nice.
Definitely recommend it!

The best thing about this place is the decor. Food is quite bland and it's a self-service: not my favourite type of restaurant. Portions are generous but the same can't be said about the taste of the dishes: not much better than the food I get in the canteen of my working place but definitely more expensive!

This is one of the few Italian restaurants that makes food very close to the real italian cuisine. I wouldn't say that is the best I have ever had (and in Italy it would probably be considered mediocre and definitely overpriced) but for Dublin is all right.

Great place: definitely not cheap but worth every cent. Had a night out with some colleagues yesterday and all of us were very satisfied with the choise. Food is very good and, even though this is a very chic place, portions are big enough. Had goat's cease for a starter, lamb coucous for main and a delicious carrot cake for dessert. Service is perfect. Will go back.

Being Italian I am very picky with so called Italian restaurants. Although the service is professional and the atmosphere inviting enough, food is all but proper Italian. For starters we had mozzarella in carrozza, which were good but the chef dip that comes with them was disgusting! My main was cannelloni: they were all right but nothing to shout about and definitely not made according to the Italian tradition. Not particularly impressed.

Was here on Saturday for the second time. I still think prices are a little expensive for an american diner but food is definitely tasty. We both had the Jack Daniel's mix, with beef, chicken, prawns, fries, peppers and onion rings. It was gorgeous and portions are generous. Best kebab in town. Open late so if you're starving after a night out this is the place to go. For 10 euros you get a great kebab served with tasty fries. Service is fast so you can be sure that even if the place is packed you won't be waiting too long for your food.

Definitely my favourite restaurant. The place is cozy and inviting, the location is handy (just below the DART station) and food is super! And if you end up feeling stuffed, because you simply can't stop eating, you can always go for a stroll around lovely Howth. What more can you ask for?

Had dinner here on Saturday with my boyfriend. The place looks very nice: warm and welcoming. Staff are professional and friendly. We had an 8 piece seafood Futomaki, which tasted gorgeous. As a main course I had Ishi Yaki Gohan, which was good but so hot I actually had problems eating it. We also had a bottle of nice red wine and desserts. Overall, I would recommend the place and I think I will go back.

Was here on Saturday for the first time. I really love the atmosphere of the place, cozy and inviting. Staff is efficient and professional. Was here yesterday with a few friends. I really enjoyed the "Irish" atmosphere of the place. The staff is friendly, the food is good (but not exceptional) and prices are reasonable. I had dinner here with a couple of friends about a month ago. Two of us took the hamburger and the other pork ribs. Overall, the quality of food is good and the menu offers an ample choice (probably even too much when it comes to hamburgers). My impression though is that they charge too much (about 7 euro for a burger) for dishes you can have at half the price anywhere else.

Went here for a birthday party. Had the bruschetta platter and a starter platter. I have to say I was not particularly impressed by food, which is also a bit expensive. I guess the reason would be that people mostly come here for the wine which is quite good. I was let down by the service: slow and not exactly friendly.
