Have had dinner here many times and it was always lovely, the only exception was the last time when it wasn't as nice as usual but it was still fine, just the sauces were a little watery and not as tasty. I love their vegetarian pasta dishes and the salmon tagliatelle, and their desserts are nice too. Wine list is ok. Its good value too and usually very busy, and has a lovely atmosphere.

Have visited this restaurant several times for lunch and once for dinner and it was lovely both times. The service was fantastic. Really like the setting, the tables at the back overlooking the river are great. The food was lovely, especially the apple and celery soup for starters. Would definitely go back!

I have been to Amicus several times, and its usually only average. Went there with a friend a few weeks ago when we couldn't book elsewhere, and it wasn't great at all. Tables are very close together which isn't nice for a catchup with a friend, and the food wasn't great. My friend ordered a steak cooked medium rare, but it was really really well done, and the vegetables that came with it had some nasty seasoning which wasn't nice. I had the fishcakes which weren't great either, there was a really overpowering taste of dill in them so you couldn't taste anything else, and the salad was limp as well. My dessert was nice, I got chocolate cake and it was lovely, my friend got some other cake which was only ok. I wouldn't recommend it, there's better places in town to eat. I used like Amicus before when it was in French Church Street, but it seems to have gone downhill since moving.

Called in here for a meal while we were on a weekend away in Waterford, and just happened upon Sabai. Really enjoyed the meal, the atmosphere is lovely and the setting is nice too. I had the Vietnamese prawn curry and it was excellent, lovely flavours, and had the chocolate stack for dessert which was lovely. Great selection of cocktails as well, including some fab desert ones. Will definitely be returning whenever I'm back in Waterford!

This restaurant is a favourite of ours when we are down Midleton direction. The food is excellent and is extremely good value for what you get. I especially like their Thai fish cakes and the iced hazelnut parfait is to die for! The service was hit and miss a few times but on this visit it was excellent. Wine list is quite good too.

I went for a meal in Augustine's just last night and I have to say it was amazing, definitely one of the nicest places in the city to eat out. The food was gorgeous, and the presentation was really good also. The service was excellent, but it wasn't too obtrusive at all, basically they have got it right in this restaurant with food, atmosphere and service! My friend and I had such a great evening and I'll definitely be going back as soon as possible! I think its great value too as the standard of the food is excellent.
