A friend and i decided to pop in for a quick bite hearing the food was good. We decided to share a bowl of mussels soaked in a lovely white wine and garlic sauce with fries on the side. overall the food was quite nice and the service was great. We opted for a sauvignon blanc which went well with our food. Good experience overall.

FXB in Ryans is a gorgeous little restaurant with delicious steaks!any time we go there we are never disappointed! as we are both steak lovers thats what we decided to eat, i had the sirloin and my friend had rib eye!the wine was lovely as were the sides and service is immpeccable!will be back there again!

We went to Milano on a Wednesday evening with no booking. They were quite busy but still managed to fit 2 of us in! The pizza is always amazing there. I had the Pollo ad astra that consisted of chicken, sweet peppers, garlic, onions and cajun spices, simply mouth watering!Service was quite good considering how busy it was that night. My partner went for a simple Margarita which was also quite tasty. Overall we had a lovely evening with some Italian beer to wash the pizza down.

A freind recommended Mexico to Rome so one monday evening two of us decided to try it out. I'm glad we did the food was glorious and the service fantastic. we skipped the starters and went for the lamb cutlets that were priced at 16.50, so cheap! They were cooked to perfection with a side of mashed potato that was also pretty delicious!The steak was also delicious with potato gratin on the side and a nice side salad. washed it all down with a lovely italian beer with views of the liffey. it has a nice decor inside but may be lacking atmosphere.

Went back to La Caverna on a friday night for the early bird menu. it is such good value at 19.95. We both had the chicken wings with a side of blue cheese sauce, it was delicious. Then we ordered steak and chips and to our surprise some mashed potato arrived with our meal, its one of the nicest we've tasted. desert was tasty with Creme brulee for me and pancakes and ice cream for him. Overall the meal was perfect as was the service and the atmosphere is so relaxed in the restaurant. One of my favorites!

We went to the Millstone on Valentines night for a romantic meal!The restaurant itself is lovely, it has a nice atmosphere. We were seated upstairs which is a little cramped but otherwise ok. We both had the lobster soup for starters which was lovely but it was a small portion. Then we had mussels which were amazing!Very tasty with some bread to dip in the sauce!For mains he had steak in pastry and I had chicken stuffed with chorizo and swiss chesse, all together it was gorgeous. We were not rushed considering it was valentines and service was pretty good. The meal was good but would not go back again.

It was my first tme in acino's on a wednesday night just after new years and it didn't fail!we decided to go for the 2 course meal @ 10.95 which is unbelievable value. we both went for the chicken burger which was medium sized and delicious. the desert was even better with the nicest banofee pie I have ever tasted!service was great and so was the music and for that price i will be going back again!

We stumbled upon Fallon & Byrne one evening after shopping. we did not make a reservation but since we went at 6 they were able to accomodate us no problem. we did not have to wait long to be served, service was impeccible as was the prosecco! We both ordered steak which was cooked to our liking and the sauce was delicious. overall it is a good place for a celebration, it tends to get noisy and portions are a little small but overall not a bad place to eat!
