Fabulous food, great atmosphere and service is second to none. The fish is fresh and tasty and the early bird menu is great value for money. Visit Dingle regularly and intend to make this my number 1 restaurant. Loved it. We were with a party of 10 and everyone was raving about this place.

After eating in Il Segreto last Christmas and enjoying the evening, we decided to visit it at the weekend. Unfortunately, our experience was in stark contrast to our last one. The restaurant was empty when we first arrived (6pm on a Saturday evening, not a great first sign). It didn't succeed in filling up at any stage so one would expect that the service would be top notch as they only had one couple to please. Service was poor, with nobody topping up our glasses with water or wine and an unfriendly bored manner to boot. My starter of scallops was tasty if overpriced but my partner had the signature Ravioli dish, which tasted processed and unoriginal. My main was a risotto which was far too salty. I acknowledge that this may be a personal taste but I did mention it to the waitress, which was met with a grumbled apology. Again, my partner's main was bland and uninteresting. We were offered a sambuca as 'compensation' for the risotto but at that stage, a sambuca is not what we were looking for. With the restaurant still empty, we left. Only that we had a voucher for this restaurant, I would have been disgusted with a total of over 70 euro for what we got, one dessert and no teas or coffees. Was not surprised to see restaurants in the neighbouring area heaving with people...this restaurant is lacking in comparison.

It's unfortunate to say but this coffee shop just doesn't hit the mark. Given the competition in Greystones for coffee shops and places to get lunch, they should be trying to step up to the mark. On the two occassions I have been there, I have found it to be very average food, coupled with not overly friendly staff and also there's a sense that the place isn't sparkling clean either. Would prefer to give my business to any of the other coffee shops than this one. Pity given it's location.

Visited the Orchid last Friday night and thought that the food was delicious and quite reasonable also. Was there with quite a big crowd but everyone was served together and without too much of a wait. My only problem is the staff, i found the majority of them to be extremely rude and impatient. I'm sure it is annoying and frustrating when you've a large group in the restaurant but i don't think that's an excuse. There was one friendly waiter but the others made no attempt to be friendly or interested. However, overall, I had a lovely evening there.

Ate here last Friday night and it certainly didn't disappoint. Had the Tapas for two, which was plenty, followed by a chocolate brownie and some chocolate fudge cake. . .we were allowed after the healthiness of the tapas. The staff were fantastic, really friendly, lovely atmosphere and and we were there for about 3 and a half hours and and there was nobody rushing us out,which is always great. There was also a guy playing a guitar in the corner, who was excellent and played a nice mix of music. Would definitely recommend The Happy Pear

I have eaten in Vino Pasta about 5 times since I moved to Greystones and I have never been disappointed, quite the opposite in fact. Looooove the stuffed mussels for starters and the lasagne are delicious. This is just 2 that I remember. Their specials board is great although used to have more on it, I think. Desserts are also lovely. Not cheap but I think it does give good value for money.

This is my favourite restaurant in Greystones and possibly my favourite restaurant full stop. The staff are so friendly and genuine. The Early Bird menu is fantastic value and the atmosphere of the whole place is relaxing and completely enjoyable. Not to mention the food - fabulous Indian food with generous portions. Love it, love it, love it!
