Went for Sunday Lunch.
Service not great. Had to ask at least 4 times for water / wine menu.
Starter (crab) very average.
Main (steak, medium) was stone cold. Sent back, and was returned to me cold. When sent back a second time, was informed that chef unable / unwilling to do anything further with it.
Floor manager not remotely interested / apologetic.
Needless to say didn't stay for dessert!
