My wife & I got engaged here, so Town Bar & Grill definitely holds a special place in our hearts. That was our first visit to the restaurant (almost 4 years ago) and we've been regular customers since.
The atmosphere is fantastic - a great combination of private / romantic and lively, especially with the jazz trio that play at weekends (Sundays, I think).
Food is top notch. I have to resist ordering the fillet steak every time I go there in fear of missing out on something else, but I'm rarely (pun intended!) successful. As far as the wine is concerned, the selection is extensive. I don't know a huge amount about wine, but I do know what I like & what I don't like. The staff are well versed and can make suggestions on wines that might work with your meal.
The only downside is the price. Although it is probably in line with other restaurants of this caliber, it's not a place we could afford to go as regularly as we'd like!
