This was our first visit to the new location in Sandyford;we had been in the Stillorgan venue a number of times before. This restaurant is quite simply the best Chinese restaurant in Ireland in my humble opinion.We had prawns and aromatic duck for main courses;both dishes were excellent.This restaurant is a little more expensive than the usual tacky Chinese fare;but in terms of food quality and service it is worth every penny.I cannot understand any of the negative reviews;I guess you cannot please all of the people all of the time.We travel quite a distance to go here;I only wish it was closer to where we live.Keep up the good work!

Having heard some good things about the food in this pub/restaurant I was looking forward to trying it out. It was a Thursday night and the place was busy,which was a good sign. My starter was nice (duck spring rolls), and my wife's potato skins were pleasant enough. The main courses however were a total disappointment. I had fillet steak,which was tough;I was very surprised at this as this place apparently has a good name for steaks. The worst part of the meal was my wife's scampi. This was one of the specials that evening and I would swear it was bought in. I raised this issue and they said the breadcrumbs were homemade; but I don't believe them. The bill came to 90 Euro which I felt was very bad value for the quality of the main courses. Will definitely not be returning.
