It was a miserable, wet, stormy day. And the automatic door didnt open for us, a waitress spotted us and came out to open the door from the inside. She was friendly and entertaining! Immediately after seating, she offered us a free tea or coffee to warm us up while we waited for our food, which was a really nice touch, and I cant see many resturants doing this.
I ordered a cajun chicken fillet burger and my partner ordered a plain bacon cheese burger which is no longer on the menu, which was no problem.
Our food was perfect, our drinks were perfect, have no complaints. There was a good atmosphere and we could hear other waitresses having fun with other customers. Really nice place to go even if your not a tourist. Will definitly return.

It wasnt that busy but the guy who served us seemed overwhelmed.He lost one of orders from our table, and was defensive about it. Another table had to ask twice for menus. Couldnt fault the food though.

only bad thing i can say about this resturant is it is always too cold to sit in for long, we were shivering by the time we left, the food is amazing, service always friendly, cannot fault anything else.
we both got the chilli diablo, big serving, really tasty and the deep fried icecream, I got the deep fried icecream, which was divine. my partner got the choclate fudge cake and really enjoyed it.
please increase the room temperture by a couple of degrees,

Love this resturant, went here sat 19 jan at 2pm and it was closed, no opening hours dplayed, no opening hours on their facebook page and the opening hours on menupages says they open at 12 on a saturday. so disappointed. tired to ring twice since, no answer. please can you clarify you opening hours and please display them in your window, we would have come back later if we knew when you opened.

When we went in on our lunch it was packed, we asked to order straight away and how quick would we get our food and was told 25mins. It came in 20mins and everything was perfect. The food has improved since the last time I was here, and the service was spot on. Will definitly go here again.

Beautiful setting, great bar, but nowhere to sit at bar and only enough seats outside bar for a dozen or so people.
When we were seated we were given 2 menus for 6 people, we asked twice for more menus before they appeared. Food was excellent but service was slow between courses.
It was very busy and staff seemed to be running around in circles rather than actually serving. Very disorganised and poorly managed, would go back again but not when its busy.

I went here with 2 friends at 6pm on a friday, it was raining out and it was very busy. We were seated immediately. I ordered the cajun chicken burger which was beautifully cooked. My friends ordered the bacon cheese burger and the ribs and chicken combo. The bacon cheese burger was perfect, the ribs were lovely but the chicken was a bit disappointing. We also ordered desert, apple cobbler which was lovely and the chocolate fudge cake was huge, it was made to be shared. Service was very good, the waitress was chatty, funny and very likable. I will definitly be returning. And although we didnt order drinks this time, the cocktail menu was impressive.

was here last nite for xmas party - food was awful, starter was smoked salmon and herby cream cheese which i swear was just philedelphia, soup was ok, main course was the usual turkey and ham, but ive had better off carvery counters in pubs. desert was medley, the creme brulee was in a shot glass too narrow for the spoon, the chocolate brownie and the christmas pudding were both dry and bland. I asked for coffee 3 times and i still didnt get any.
the bar was outside the function room which killed the atmosphere because the half the crowd was outside, the band would have been good in a pub but not for a party (eagles isnt exactly a dance floor classic) and the dj played maybe 4 current songs all nite.
was very disappointed with the night. expected higher standards

We went in at lunch on saturday and were immediately seated.
We ordered the Chilli Diablo and were throughly pleased. It looked small but was very filling.
The only fault I had was that we didnt order starters as we were holding out for the deserts, but we were so cold we decided against it.
Staff was friendly, music playing was rodrigo y gabriela, which really added to the atmosphere.
Would definitly go here again, but may wrap up warmer next time.

I brought a friend here for a birthday lunch. We were slightly disappointed though that the seafood was not yet ready for the paella, and we went in at 2pm on saturday.
We both got the chicken paella instead which was very good.
The staff were lovely, and very attentive.
We sat there for several hours without once been made to feel that we should leave.
Would definitly go here again.

Recently moved to Swords and Pink Elephant was recommended by a collegue. Her word "Yum."
Being a huge fan of asian food, I was looking forward to checking it out.
Starters of Wantons, Battered Black Prawns and Duck Spring Rolls. In a word "Yum."
Mains were mixed seafood which was squid, prawns, muscles and scallops (and lots of it). Seabass which was beautifully cooked and chicken, which was tender. All dishes were spicy, full of chilli and the jasmine rice was divine. Staff were very friendly and very efficient. The final bill was €65 and well worth it. I would highly recommend it and will be definitly calling here again.
They also do takeout. Unfortunately they do not deliver.

I work in the centre so I am always on the look out for quick lunch options in the vicinty and this is definitly not it. We ordered our food almost immediately after sitting down and 40 mins later finally got our food. We had 10 mins to eat, pay and get back to work. Staff are fairly attentive but not very observant. Other punters who came in after us were served their food before us. We were both in our uniforms and most lunch resturants would redirect you if they thought your order will take too long to cook. Burgers are definitly better elsewhere I think and the chips weren't much. The sweet chilli mayo dip was just mayo and a pathetic squeeze of sweet chilli on top. It looked quite lazy. The chicken wings were good though. I would only go back if I had 2 hours to spare.
