A very disappointing visit. Got the Complete Crepe which tasted like it had been completely dipped in butter. There were weird spots in it which may have been gone off cheese. I've gone off the place anyway, it's a bit dear for a place which is practically self service too.

The way the menu is presented is a bit confusing but once the food arrived we were happy. It's a nice clean restaurant though as it started to get busy, it felt a bit crammed because the tables are quite close together. There's not a huge variety of choice on the menu unless you want to try the same sauce with just a different meat so that would be the main reason why it would probably be a while before I'd go again.

It is a bit overpriced. The food is somewhat mixed - most of it ok but definitely not gravies or soups. Dessert is what they do best. The surroundings are modern and quite nice. I'd probably go back there if it suited.

This restaurant obviously has no competition in the area which is why it is so poor: after a significantly long wait, the main courses were more like hors d'oeuvres - I got a dozen and a half pieces of pasta in my dish which cost €13 and had no meat. The bread we ordered with the soup was rockhard and they charged us when we explained the issue and reordered. There are plenty of enthusiastic staff with almost no command of English. They actually add a service charge to your bill no matter how poor the service and you seem to have to go up and pay at the till anyway.

Menu here is really diverse and food tastes absolutely delicious in this lovely little restaurant. I will agree that while the staff were fairly accommodating, they didn't seem to want to even look into changing anything that wasn't exactly as per the menu. For example, to get a piece of fruit, or seeing as they had also handed us the bar menu for the children, would not let us pick a starter from the bar menu. Still I would return here if in the area and would definitely recommend it for the food quality.

Went here for quiet lunch. Food tasted really good especially the skinny chips which were just right. Makes you think of what skinny chips should be like everywhere else! Just about managed to fit in dessert. Menu is very good so looking forward to returning to try out a few more dishes.

This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and a really great team of staff. The choices are good and the food was tasty and so filling by the end of the meal, although some of the sides were a bit on the small side, but I think that was just the way it happened. They did a fantastic job with every aspect apart from the desserts which appeared a bit weak in comparison to the rest of the meal.

An extremely busy, popular eatery but we were served fairly quickly all the same. The selection is good, the type of place that has something for everybody. The food was reasonable tasting but looked a bit like it was thrown onto the plate. It might be better to return at a less busy time, when they can pay more attention to each individual order and get it correct first time. While the fresh confectionary was a bit of a mixed bag, I did notice, while I was waiting, that they had a lot of left-over and over-priced Christmas gift offers (now February).

A cosy resturant with a great selection of tasty and unusual combinations of food but the service was just so slow. It's not the first time this has happened and it really takes away unnecessarily from the experience. If that could be improved upon, I would like to return with friends.

A nicely presented restaurant. The food was really good and the specials were good value. However I think I would prefer to return another time when the full menu is available as I felt the choices on the special menu to be a little limiting. That said, I expect, had I asked, that they would have provided a dish with the desired meat choice/ spiciness even if that combination was not set out on the menu. Lovely ice-cream. Looking forward to returning.

I expected to get a starter and main but it seemed like far more, there were so many additional plates of veg and naan and rice too if we wanted. The staff were informative in helping to select appropriate dishes to our taste. While there wasn't anything particularly extraordinary about the actual dishes themselves, I would certainly recommend this place to friends.

This place has a good variety of wholesome food and plenty of it. I did feel though that eventhough nobody was in a hurry, the staff sometimes appeared needlessly under pressure, which occasionally made their work a little sloppy. Apart from that we enjoyed our meal there.

This catering does not reach 5 star hotel standards! The waitress left without taking our drinks order and almost didn't return the menu when we asked for it again for our drinks. They couldn't seem to cope with the fact that my husband had ordered something completely different from what they brought out but he accepted it anyway seeing as it took so long to arrive. The food was plain and certainly not hot. They never came back to sort out our drinks so we didn't bother. (I tried to lower the stars on the atmosphere but the dial won't budge.)

A restaurant in the heart of the busy city centre, yet in calm comfortable surroundings. Drinks were on the expensive side but food, though portions were moderate, was reasonable for dinner time. The menu selection was quite good so I think I'd like to return here to try out a few more dishes.

From my experience, I can empathise with some of the other reviewers. The meals are much better value than they used to be although there could be a few more chips on the plate. Anything we ordered (extra drinks, fresh cutlery) after we placed our initial order took ages to arrive and we had to ask a second staff member, who after a while asked if we still hadn't received the additional items. We were first to arrive in the restaurant and found it a bit odd that they placed all the other diners right next to us as they arrived, when we had children with us on this occasion! Otherwise, the overall experience was good and I would return to try out a few more dishes.

Waitress made the overall experience miserable. Occasionally I take my children out to restaurants and this place in particular had a children's menu yet they seem to go out of their way to make sure you know they are not welcome, namely by avoiding serving them. The waitress was semi-reasonable towards me but appeared to dislike men. The choices were fair, the selection wasn't great for a supposedly prestigious restaurant. I would have to be well paid to return here.

Kajjal just started a new Sunday special menu a few weeks ago and it is absolutely delicious! I don't normally go for lamb but this was really good and lean. The staff really do make an effort to please. The only thing improvement I can think of would be to have a few more and varied types of sauces with the poppadums. I can't wait to go again.

I decided to go for a warm salad meal for a change. It was 95% leaves and had almost no meat. The bread was inedible. The dessert took so long to arrive that I had to put the money on the table and leave. I doubt I'll visit this particular branch of Milanos again.

When we visited this restaurant before, my family and I thought it was super, which was why we returned. This visit was nothing like the 5 star experience of last time. The service staff seemed a bit annoyed with the fact that I was choosing off the full menu rather than the early bird. The restaurant was half-full but very noisy and the food seemed to take a long time to arrive. We complained that the cutlery was dirty and it took even longer for the replacements and the condiments to arrive. We had to eat around the potatoes and vegetables which had butter on them. Personally I didn't bother with the dessert. The choice on the early bird was very limited and looked poor. The food was about average but the over all experience was a disappointing.

Popped in here for a post-theatre meal. Club sandwich was big and tasty as were onion rings and chips. A bit expensive for a fast food restaurant but milkshakes are really good. What surprised me was that I think I saw a staff member wearing pyjamas or was that the uniform?
