Family of six went here for my O/H birthday, ive been here before and knew what the food was like I wanted my other family members to try it out. From starters to mains and dessert everyone loved the different varieties of food. My favourite is the Pollo Porcini & Gorgonzola Cheese followed be Vanilla Cheese Cake. Everyone said they will be back and will try other dishes. The Staff here are very nice

My husband and I were treated to meal here for our Anniversary as I've wanted try here for ages. We arrived before seven so I was able to order of pre Theatre Menu. I went for the three course which cost ONLY €27.95, he went for the Table D'HÓTE which was individually priced. The service was very good also the food was very tasty, with mains you get baby boiled potatoes which neither of us like so we ordered chips and mash potatoes,only complaint was he was charged €5 extra for chips and I was charged €5 for mash potatoes. Still good value but they should have offered a choice of mash,chips or baby boiled with meal at no extra cost.

I love this Little Gem of a Place, It's cosy, food always good and staff very friendly. My daughter and I visited and she had Chicken Caesar wrap which she enjoyed. I had Chicken Salad on Nutty Brown Bread which was also tasty. They have lovely Blankets and Cushions on seating outside.

Had lunch here with my daughter and was not impressed with service or food. My daughter asked for a Toasted Chicken Caesar Salad on a wrap, when it arrived to table the Chicken was freezing cold, She asked for it hot again, the girl at hot counter then heated it in the Microwave. The wrap was soggy when she got it back, she was afraid eat Chicken as she is Pregnant and taught it was over heated. The staff are not very polite or friendly.

Walking by we decided drop in for the lunch deal, food looked nice that was served to costumers who were seated outside. There was no one to greet us and we stood for couple minutes before waiter came told us sit anywhere you like, my daughter had go and get the menu herself. I ordered mild chicken Korma she ordered burger, when my food arrived the curry smothered the rice which I later found, presentation wasn't the best neither was the Korma, it just tasted of a mild curry, she enjoyed the burger. We ordered dessert which took about fifteen minutes reach our table. Staff could be a little more friendly.

Great place to go for a tasty treat. I had starters Goats cheese salad which was best I have tasted in a Restaurant in a long time. €15 from the Apres work menu for three mini dishes is good value. Staff are very nice and wished us have a nice day when leaving.

A family night out celebrating a Graduation and we were all looking forward to a nice meal, we ordered our food and waited and again waited for it to arrive. When it did arrived over forty minutes it tasted good, so we were looking forward to mains and again we were left waiting for again another forty or so minutes. Only one or two enjoyed food others said it was average. My O/H ordered a well done steak and with no red in it, this was an impossible for the Chef to cook as it had to be returned three times, didn't bother eating it then. We asked speak to the manager which was another impossible task as she did not come over to us. We just paid and left disappointed. Needless say wont be back and wouldn't recommend Toscana.

My friend and I went for the early bird menu, we ordered our meal, and waited and waited even more. When we asked when would food arrive we were told it would be out soon. It took thirty minutes for food to arrive.I had rack of Lamb, it was very tasty, friend had fillet steak which was also good. We decided to have dessert and again we waited for another thirty minutes. There was two small groups in that night and all the waiters looked after them very well, running back and forth. First time to visit this place glad I did, for mains I had beef medallions with fondant potato which was very nice only problem was I could have done with on extra helping of potato. I decided try here as it's new and the menu looked good. I had the broad beans starter and Chicken in thyme mains both tasted delicious. My O/H had Caesar salad which he liked followed by Dubliner Burger and fries, first of there was to much soggy onions on burger which then made bun soggy, and the bacon was quite thickly sliced not nice, the chips were supposed be chunky turned out be cooked frozen chips which he hates. Why cook fresh food served up with horrible greasy chips. The staff were lovely.

I decided try here after reading good reviews. First off was when we tried enter restaurant we weren't sure which door use, as there where two different sets doors. the one we tried was wrong, no sign saying which to use, we where seated and I noticed the napkins where dish cloths, not nice prefer white linen, the food was averaged just ok. Other customers that were trying enter restaurant made same mistake as use trying to enter through wrong door, there should be a sign saying which one to use

Very disappointed with my food today. I had the breakfast special with chips and portion gravy, which looked like tar as it was black in colour, tasted horrible. The bacon which was served on plate was burned on one side and raw on other side, had get different portion. Staff not very friendly either. Wont go back as I think it's gone downhill.

Went to Kudos with family could't get seat so sat in hallway where there was some sofas. Waited nearly fourty minutes still no one came to table. My sister ended up going to bar to order sandwhiches and coffees, and side order chips. Food came out without the chips she had go back bar after while ask for fries. Food was lovely and tasty. Other problem was place was taken over by about 15 kids running around and none of the parents cared. This and the bad service and no one cleared tables around us let the place down.

My first time visit Lawlors Hotel, the food was lovely and presentation excellent. My first time to get carvery were food served hot not just warm like from most places. good size portions, downside bit pricey for carvery. Will call again

Had lunch here on Tuesday, panne chicken, came out piping hot on top freezing under neat, waiter said he would get me fresh dish, ping, microwave in back round, food was only reheated and sent back to me in same bowl,
Wont be going back .

Visited here tuesday for first time,party six,not impressed with starters very bland(Caprese,Bruschetta). Everyone enjoyed main courses.I had Tortello di magro it was delicious. Staff very helpful. good evening had by all, will call back.
