Had a group 'Going back to Oz' night for a relative here last night. Lovely cuisine served here with duck rolls & satay chicken starters cooked to perfection.Mains of yellow prawn curry & thai noodles went down a treat ! The staff were most attentive without being obtrusive.

Brought to dinner here last night & chose the crab salad as starter---bad mistake as I needed a magnifying glass to see it ! My wife's goat's cheese salad was flavoursome & plentiful ! We both opted for the lamb but were v diasappointed to see it arrive in the shape of a large sausage---oops ! a bad presentation with a few hard vegetables let the restaurant down badly.

Just popped in here last wednesday on spec as weather shocking outside ! No problem getting food & seating as meals are served all over the lounge/bar area. Enjoyed the chicken goujons & fish with v v tasty spicy wedges served in a basket. All priced fairly.

Visited here last saturday evening with a group of 15 including two infants.Only 1 high chair available...oops !...had to 'borrow' one from Killarney Park Hotel where our wedding party was staying ! Very nice food & service but a price of 29.95 euro each for an 'early bird' seemed excessive in todays harsh times methinks !

Dined local last night & opted for the Early Bird 2 course menu @ 22.00 euro per head. The Food was tasty & well presented but similar quality can be found now in many city centre restaurants & they only charge c16.00 euro for 2 courses ! These are hard times so please look at your current pricing structure.

Very few in restaurant but some more patrons arrived later in the evening, Overall the food was of a high standard but the prices quite high nontheless ! Went to Dobbins with three friends as part of a race night last evening.The salmon starters were obviously just taken out of the feezer before serving---far too cold & no lemon ! The belly pork was nice & vegetables fine.Unfortunately,we had to sit with our coats on during the meal as there was no heating at our window seats.OOPS !

Brought here by friends for(presumably) early bird menu booking @ 6.30pm.Not offered this menu on arrival but we opted for a 3 course meal available at 25.00 euro per person ! Perhaps one has to remind the restaurant to offer & display the 'better value' early bird option ? NEW CUSTOMERS TAKE NOTE !
My wife chose the sword fish..tasty but small & covered in unsuitable sauce.My starer of Calamari was memorable.The service was fine but far too many vists to our table from the waiters enquiring as to how our party of 4 were enjoying the meal became quite obtrusive.

However the wine list was over priced & the South African red we chose @ 24.00 euro was a bad selection indeed.
