GBK was recommended to me by my brother and his wife. They're regulars and so mentioned it to me I was meeting with a couple of friends I hadn't seen in a long time so we were looking for somewhere we could chat with some decent food and a glass of wine. The food was delicious, the service prompt and the restaurant was surprisingly busy for a Wednesday evening. It is slightly pricier compared to other similar restaurants but the quality of the food goes a long way towards justifying this. Everything is homemade and freshly prepared so their burgers are actually healthy - no guilt! And on the plus side they didn't rush us out of the restaurant at the end of the night, which is always a lovely trait! So it was just a couple of girlfriends enjoying good company, good food over a glass of wine! It’s becoming a regular, I’m going back with the girls next week and I’m taking the nieces and nephews over the week-end!
