Dropped in here last Thursday for a bite to eat with my husband. I ordered the Chicken Tikka and my husband had a Steak wrap with chips and salad. He was very satisfied with his choice although mine was a very big disappointment. First the chicken tikka came out cold so I sent it back. When I eventually got it back it was terrible. The sauce was just like coloured water so didn't eat it just picked at the chicken bites and rice - so much for a lovely tasty creamy orange sauce. No one came near us to ask us how our meal was and obviously they couldn't be bothered. The pub has being refurbished but still maintains the "old Irish culture" with a traditional appearance which is very impressive.

Had lunch here yesterday with the children before their cricket final. I was very impressed its all done up and they have loads of seating space and I loved the decor - so clean and fresh. They have a really good cavery and so well laid out. They have something to suit everyone's appetite. I had a chicken Tagine and the children had half portions of chicken Tagine and half the roast of the day which we all enjoyed immensely. The staff were pleasant and helfpful. There is a carpark underground with some tight corners. Would definitely go back soon.

Very reasonably priced food. I had a Thai chicken curry which was very satisfying. Although Kids meals were disappointing "half the roast" only two slivers of meat although was lovely tasty meat but chicken nuggets were too hard and no food value. Anyway the venue is lovely with a nice holiday atmosphere.

We stopped here one of the few remaining towns you pass on the way to Kerry. We were absolutely ravenous. I orderd steak and the children chose meatballs and steak from the Kids Menu. The food was wolved down quickly. There portions were generous and very well presented. I also had the baked cheesecake for dessert which was truly scrumptious. The proprietors were very friendly, chatty, and "keen to please". Would definitely go back again for the food, hospitality and the exceptional value for the Steaks!

Went to Milano's in Grand Canal theatre as we were going to a show. Luckily we booked as they were out the door with customers. Food always good and tasty. The children always go for a Marguerite Pizza off the adults menu. My friends had salads which looked very healthy and fulfilling. I had as always the Pollo Pesto which was scrumptious. The Children had chocolate fudge cake and they "cleaned the plate" so say no more. We were all very satisfied and content and specially with the price. We got all the main courses for half price as they have a special deal Monday to Friday. Just print off the voucher and bring it with you.

Went to Bistro One in Foxrock Village for lunch. The restaurant was very quiet. Hence the service was excellent. The food was perfect. For starters I had a lovely fish cake in a delicious sauce and fish pie for main course. I can't remember what my friend had but she was very content with her meal. We had a memorable lunch and would definitely go back again. It would have being nice if the restaurant was busier but its definitely a sign of the times and maybe people are on holidays.
