Have been to The Lovely Food Co. a few times now and it never disappoints. This visit was for lunch on a Thursday. My wife and I arrived at around 2pm and the place was still buzzing. It's a small restaurant with about 24 seats but thats one of the best aspects of this place.
I ordered the lunch special which was chicken arrabiatta and my wife had a tuna melt on a rustic roll. Both were delicious, as the food there always is. We both had coffee after and shared a warm chocolate brownie with ice cream.
The staff are always very friendly and attentive and make you feel very welcome. We have been for the dinner in the evening too and the food is of the highest quality.
They are also in the process of building an outdoor heated area to the back of the restaurant which will simply enhance this already excellent gem of a place.
We will be regular visitors to the Lovely Food Co., In fact were going again for lunch tomorrow!!
