I really like this place, I have had lunch and dinner twice. It doesn’t let down on the food side. It is small little restaurant, tables very close together, but friendly staff and good food make it worthwhile. We recently went over the Easter weekend, having the taster menu. One waiter was particularly knowledgeable about the food and this really adds to the experience, the other waitress didn’t really go there. The courses were appropriately sized, very tasty but maybe served a little bit close together, a longer rest in between courses might have been nice. From looking at other plates coming from the kitchen I am sure to go back to try others dishes from the menu.

I live near this restaurant so I go quite a bit, I have taken several different friends too and I have never been disappointed. It has got to the point where they request we go there and time they are visiting. My most recent visit was with a work friend on a Thur night, we shared some homemade breads and dips - tasty, tangy, yummy dips. We both had the special of hake on a seafood risotto and so tasty. I have had the set menu on several occasions also and again have never been disappointed, it would be nice, if the set menu changed a bit more frequently...but that is only a quibble. I have given 5 stars, because it is consistently good, is really great value and the service has always been friendly and competent.

We dined here for my boyfriend’s birthday. We were made to feel very special and welcome at the outset. Food was tasty, different, well presented and demonstrated a passion for food from the chief and Tom the waiter. Our tastes in wines was considered and with each course served with an appropriate wine. I really would recommend this restaurant, it was a treat, and a worthwhile one.

I had a late lunch on the roof terrace here last Friday. Sun was shining so terrace was perfect. Staff were very nice, quite attentative. I had a goats cheese and beetroot salad to start, it was ok, I felt it lacked something. My companion had a spicey chicken salad and his was really good, he had more mixed leaves, with some corriander in there, mine could have done with some dill or something to liven it up. The burger and chunky chips went down well and my chicken quesadilola was tasty but again lacked some bite! Home made guacamole was yummy but the salsa was weak. Portions were very generous, and roof terrace was super.

My boyfriend and I ate in Belluccis about 2 weeks ago and it was fab! We did have a menupages voucher, which made it exceptional value. But I have no doubt that we would go back again without a voucher. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, front of house was very helpful, in so much as he offered us tasters of the house wines to help us choose. What I really liked was he didnt try and push us down the price list as often happens when you ask advice on the wine list. I had little balls of heaven to start roasted mozzarella balls wrapped in parma ham....yummy. My mains monk fish was a tad dry but I still thoroughly enjoyed and wont take a star off for food, because the steak my date had was cooked to perfection. We had a very generous cheese plate and desert to finish. All in all we had a really enjoyable meal, that was great value and we were catered for by very pleasent and engaging staff.

Myself and a friend when for the early bird last Friday. I thought the choice was quite limited for early bird, but I had some tasty prawns to start. We both had marinated lamb in a tomatoes based past sauce. Again, tasty. I found the restaurant quite smokey, the open kitchen being funky, but the smoke not so. The staff were very friendly. I dont know if I would go back, I think there is better value out there.
