I ate here today when looking for a quick tasty working lunch. I was promptly seated and given the menu, my order was taken less than five inutes later which was great. There is brilliant choice on the menu. I had the grilled sirloin steak sandwich which was served with a pepercorn mayo, chunky chips and onion rings. It was delicious, great size portion, steak cooked perfectly beautiful crisp thin onion rings. I would definately reccommend this restaurant.

Siam Thai (Malahide)
1 The Green, Malahide, Dublin

i went here for lunch with a girlfriend, the lunch menu is incredible value, they do not cut down its basically their full menu at a fraction of the cost. We both had the honey breaded prawns to start beautiful large juicy prawns arrived with a light dipping sauce, I wasnt far off licking the plate clean it was that good. For our main we chose the chicken penang curry with steamed rice, the dish was aromatic and flavorful, there was a slight kick to the dish due to the chili but it was warming rather than firey. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the sauce was rich and creamy without being heavy and overpowering, a great balance. The dessert menu has numerous choices with fabulous homemade desserts. The servers were attentive without being overbearing and our food arrived at a lovely pace. Siam thai is definitely a firm favorite of mine now and I can see myself revisiting it often.

Geisha Restaurant (Malahide)
Marina Village, Malahide, Co. Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

We went to Geisha for a family birthday and chise to go for the early bird 22 euro for 2 courses. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. To start we all ordered the gyoza. They were crispy and and soft absolutely perfect. For main course 3 of us ordered the pad thai and one ordered the chicken green curry. We were a bit disappointed with the pad thai we found it a bit stodgy and bland, on the other hand the green curry was gorgeous, the chicken was succulent and the dish was very tasty. We would go back again but maybe not order the pad thai.

The Steps Of Rome (Chatham Court)
1 Chatham Court, City Centre South, Dublin

The steps of rome is a lovely little restaurant on chatham row. It always appears busy so getting a table can be an issue but its well worth the wait. I had Penne al amitriciana which was gorgeous perfect pasta cooked al dente with a tasty onion bacon and red wine sauce. They also do amazing pizzas which can also be bought by the slice in a wide range of flavours. I would definately reccommend this restaurant for a tasty working lunch.

The Wild Swan Chinese Restaurant
1st Floor No1, Main Street, Malahide, Malahide, Dublin

The wild swan is a hidden gem. It ticks all the boxes, friendly staff, great service, unbelievable food and brilliant prices. The restaurant is usually very busy which is great to see. The early bird (4 courses for 19.95) is amazing value the food is tasty and full of flavour. The food arrives beautifully presented and piping hot. The staff and kitchen are brilliant at accomodating customers requests. This restaurant is a favorite of mine and my friends as we are able to enjoy great food at low prices which for us students is a huge treat. I would reccommend this restarant if you love chinese and enjoy eating out .

Giovanni’s Pizzeria Restaurant
3-4 Townyard Lane, Malahide, Dublin

I have often been to giovannis and have yet to have a bad experience. Their early bird is great value with a large selection of food on the menu. The bruschetta is very tasty though my person favorite is the mozzerella frittas. There are numerous pasta options and pizzas to choose from. The servings are large and so great value for money. Staff are friendly though service can be a little slow when they get busy. The owner is lovely and comes to check if all is well with your meal. The early bird is €16 for 4 courses and i would definately reccommend giovannis for a cheap tasty night out

Greedy Goose
15 Townyard Lane, Malahide, Dublin

People raved to me that I had to try this restaurant but having been there I was disappointed and will not be returning. We booked the table for 7 and were told the table would be needed at 9. i thought grand 2 hours should be plenty of time to finish our meal. It is quite a small space, with tables on top of each other. We arrived and 15 minutes later the staff explained the menu and we ordered our three courses. It was another 25 minutes before our first course arrived. I enjoyed my quesadilla but the trio of shrmp my friend had was under seasoned and not very appetising. We then waited another 25 minutes for our second course. i had the fish and chips which I enjoyed though it was a little too salty. We ended up waiting again for our third course . when our plates were cleared we were told we would be unable to order desserts or tea and coffee as it was nine oclock and they needed the table. I think this was very poor service, due to their poor time keeping we were rushed out of the restaurant and they lost out on an extra 30-40 euro. We left annoyed and very disappointed with the overall experience.

Victoria House Asian Cuisine
5/6 Nugent Street, Station Road, Kildare, Kildare Town, Kildare

This is myself and my boyfriends favorite restaurant, we go here at least twice a month. The staff are so friendly and accomodating. The food is unbelievable so tasty and full of flavour I have never had a bad meal. There is huge choice in the menu i would personally reccommend the szechuan chicken and the fried noodles its out of this world. This restaurant is perfect for avid chinese cuisine lovers but also for those who are plainer eaters. The food is a tad pricey but well worth it and the portions are quite big. They also do take away which is very reasonably priced. I love this restaurant and strongly reccommend it .
