Victoria Asian Cuisine
5A The Cresent, South Co. Dublin , Monkstown, Dublin

Was here for a bday party & was very impressed with the service we received. Food was delicious. There was one vegetarian in the group & the chef came out personally to go thru the options he could make him (as it was a set meal there was no veggie option) Could not have asked for more. Drink was very cheap too which is always nice!

That's Amore - Monkstown
107 Monkstown Road, South Dublin, Monkstown, Dublin

While very cramped & 'cosy' it was hands down the best pizza I have ever had! The bruschetta was delicious too. My partner had the pasta & said it was lovely. €100 for lunch for 3 with no wine. Very authentic. I heard they do take away so I will defo be back for a take away pizza - not the most relaxing setting for a meal as so cramped.

Siam Thai (Dundrum)
Dundrum Town Centre, South Dublin, Dundrum, Dublin

Back again & it was delicious. Only complaint was being put outside the kitchen! It couldn't be helped tho. If you are booking - make sure you specify where you want to sit ie not outside the kitchen!!

Rolys Bistro
7 Ballsbridge Terrace, Dublin, Ballsbridge, Dublin

Amazing! Staff, food, drinks all 100%. Requested a round table which we got. I had fish cakes to start which were amazing. Staff were very friendly & able to have a bit of craic with. My steak was perfectly cooked. Can not recommend enough. 10/10

It never disappoints! Staff a bit clumsy with a few breakages right beside us but will defo be back. Food always so fresh.

Dillingers
47 Ranelagh Village, Dublin 6, Ranelagh, Dublin

Food was ok - had wings & burger. Tummy wasn't well after it & neither was my partners.... Wouldn't be rushing back.

profile_review

Pickle Restaurant
43 Camden Street Lower, Camden Street, Dublin

Food was nice - Have had better Indians with better value for money. Staff & food delivery was very slow. Wouldn't be rushing back. I think very pricey.

profile_review

The Pigeon House - Delgany
Delgany Inn, Delany Village, Delgany, Wicklow

Went for brunch here again. Only a minor complaint (which was resolved very efficiently) - our poached eggs were hard but asked for new ones & there was no problem. Staff very apologetic & the replacements were served quickly. Will be back again.

profile_review

Crabby Jo's
14 West Pier, Howth, Dublin

Had lunch here with my niece. Service was prompt & food was delicious! Portions were huge - couldn't tell the difference between the kids & adults portions! Will defo be back.

profile_review

Mak at D6
Fields Terrace, Charleston Rd, Dublin 6, Ranelagh, Dublin

Very expensive for a chinese - with main course 20 euro then with rice extra on top of that! Music very loud & on a warm night to have no air con - not good! The nicest thing for me was the duck pancakes. Yuk sung was loaded with salt. Chicken & cashews wasn't great. Chicken curry tasted like it was out of a packet. I won't be going back.

profile_review

Urbun Cafe
Old Bray Road, South Dublin, Cabinteely, Dublin

I was here for a coffee & cake & I have to say its not my first time. The food is grand - coffee nice but very small. It is the service that is HORRENDOUS! All young & more interested in chatting & having a laugh than serving. Cold served a cold scone - asked for it to be heated - wasn't a problem but it took 10 mins to get it back! There is a sign requesting that payments only be taken at the table that would be great if you could get somebody to the table to take the payment!! I won't be back.

profile_review

Fish Shack Cafe - Sandycove
1 Martello Terrace, Sandycove, Dublin, Sandycove, Dublin

Was here after a lovely dip in the Irish Sea. It was the perfect end to a perfect evening. There was a bit of a wait for a table but it was totally worth it. Glad we stuck it out. Food was delish - portions were big & the staff were lovely. Will definitely be back.

profile_review

Tavern
Dylan Hotel, Eastmoreland Place, Dublin, Ballsbridge, Dublin

Came here with a voucher. Was very good value. They were very generous portions (soup & cheese board) but the staff were all over the place. For our couple of hours there we must have been served by 5 different waiting staff. Didn't seem to be very well organised. 2 dishes dropped & smashed too... Do not think we would go back without a voucher offer.

profile_review

Rasam
18-19 Glasthule Road, South Co. Dublin, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin

LOVED IT! First time there & will most def be coming back. We came in just after 7pm & they still allowed us order on the EB menu. Food was delicious. Service was a small bit lacking at times but all in all very positive experience. Food was amazing. Can not wait to go back.

profile_review

The Pigeon House - Delgany
Delgany Inn, Delany Village, Delgany, Wicklow

We went down here for brunch one Sunday. Love the decor & interior so spacious & airy. Food was gorgeous, staff very nice & friendly & it didn't break the bank. Have already arranged another lunch here.

profile_review

The Grange Kitchen

This place is amazing. We were here for a communion & everything was perfect. Staff very efficient could not have asked for more! Highly recommend.

profile_review

Marco Pierre White Courtyard Bar & Grill
1 Belmont Ave, Dublin 4, Donnybrook, Dublin

I can't say enough about good things about this place. I thought it was going to be pretentious & stuffy but it wasn't was greeted very professionally & warmly. Food was delicious & steaks were cooked to perfection. Our waiter was very nice & the free glass of bubbles at the end of our meal was a lovely touch. Will be back.

profile_review

La Dolce Vita - The Chase
Carmanhall Road, Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin

Was here for lunch with a friend (reluctantly as hadn't a great time on a previous visit) Small chicken salad - which there was NOTHING fancy about it & a tea was 18EURO! The guy greeting people needs to be either sacked or moved to a different role! Didn't look happy to see me at all when I came in & said I had a booking!! When he brought me to my table - I wasn't even asked if I wanted a drink while I looked at the menu & waited for my friend.

profile_review

Cinnamon (Monkstown)
23 The Crescent, Monkstown, Dublin

A friend & I visited here on a Friday evening. 3 starters 1 main & 3 drinks each - 160Euro lighter leaving! I will not be returning. The staff were alright....not great & also a bit slow. The place wasn't even that busy - so no excuse! I felt robbed leaving the place to be honest!

profile_review

Monto Cafe
8/9 Camden Street upper, Camden Street, Dublin

Great place. Second time here & its didn't disappoint! Food is such great quality. Fillet steak was tender & well cooked. Have no complaints. BYOB is great advantage. Service lovely & pleasant.

profile_review

The Butcher Grill

Sivad Grill & Wine Bar

Lovely restaurant, lovely staff, lovely food. No complaints. Have been here twice once for dinner & once for lunch. Very impressed on both occasions. Will defo be back.

profile_review

Las Tapas
Old Bray Road,, Cabinteely Village, South Dublin, Cabinteely, Dublin

Food was amazing! Only thing letting this place down is the staff. One not very welcoming waitress who pointed us to the direction of the table & gave us the table number.......how are we supposed to know the table number?! Second waitress had a bit of a language barrier - lovely lady but couldn't grasp the order even when ordering the numbers from the menu. Again couldn't fault the food & the extra dish we got due to the language barrier!

profile_review

Seapoint Restaurant
4 The Crescent, Monkstown, Dublin, Monkstown, Dublin

Nothing outstanding about the place. I can't mark down on anything as nothing was bad! It would not be on my list to return to. A lot better restaurants out there.

profile_review

The Vintage Kitchen
7 Poolbeg St, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Have nothing but positive things to say about this restaurant. The only thing that would improve it would be to make it bigger so you could get a table - we were lucky enough to get in on a cancellation! Wanted to book for Nov but fully booked for Fri/Sat night until 2018!!! Getting booking people - a place not to be missed.

profile_review

Gourmet Food Parlour Dun Laoghaire
7 Cumberland Street, Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin

Was here for brunch, great selection on the menu, great attentive staff. Place is so clean for such a busy restaurant. Will defo be back. Reasonably priced too.

profile_review

Ryans Beggars Bush

Great pub, great staff & yummy platters.

profile_review

Rustic Stone
South George's Street, Dublin, City Centre South, Dublin

Had a great night here. Bought a voucher on Taste.ie. The courses served were huge. Great variation on tastes. Wine was lovely. Cocktails even better. Would defo come back.

profile_review

Wishbone
16 Montague St, Dublin South, Dublin

I wouldn't go back. Wings were grand - too much sauce on them for my liking. Blue cheese dip - wasn't a fan. Chips were pricey per person - would be prob better to share a portion. Cheesecake didn't taste like ferrero roche. Felt like I was in a cage. Didn't like the decor. Wasn't mad on the area people taking a leak outside on the road - was a Sunday evening.

profile_review

RIBA Cafe Restaurant Stillorgan
4 Lower Kilmacud Road, South Dublin, Stillorgan, Dublin

Loved it. Staff were super friendly & efficient. Portions are huge. Great value.

profile_review

profile_review

Cafe Zest

profile_review

The Leopardstown Inn

Was here for few drinks & food after work. Food yum! Staff - always great - so pleasant & nice. Nothing is a problem.

profile_review

La Dolce Vita - The Chase
Carmanhall Road, Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin

Firstly I must say the food was delish. The service was terrible. Our main course was brought out & we were still eating our starters. Then when we had finished it took an age for them to clear the plates & bring the main back - warm - not hot! Staff had a bit of an attitude. One waiter brought out a dish & didn't even know what it was!!! Wine wasn't opened at the table - one bottle was off. No problem changing it but a good waiter should know open wine at the table & leave the cork. Wouldn't be rushing back.

profile_review

The Little Kitchen
129 Leeson Street Upper, City Centre South, Dublin

Was here for a romantic meal - not the place for it. There were 3 large tables with some loud guests. Very small restaurant & was hard to hear my partner over all the noise. Food was lovely - but not cheap 35 euro for 2 courses. Menu options very limited.

profile_review

Restaurant FortyOne
Residence, 41 St. Stephen´s Green, Dublin , City Centre South, Dublin

Was really looking forward to trying this place out. Was here for a girls Christmas lunch. Firstly we were put outside in the smoking area - in Dec!! Secondly menu very limited. Asked for another option on a starter & was given another dish made with the same ingrediants that was already on the menu. Coming to paying - they over charged us on wine & the number of diners. The extractor fan was blowing out to where were sitting. Drinks took forever to arrive & staff got pretty snappy when asked for water as we thought they had forgotten as it was taking so long! Will not be back.

profile_review

Fade Street Social - The GastroBar
4-6 Fade Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

Didn't eat here only had cocktails which were divine! Highly recommend them. Staff were very efficient & helpful. Only down side was there were noisy kids there screaming.

profile_review

Beeftro - Balfe Street
5 Balfe St, City Centre South, Dublin

Got a great deal on Taste.ie. Was disappointed. Steak was delicious & wine devine! Would highly recommend. Staff were very nice.

profile_review

Eddie Rockets (Baggot Street)
33 Upper Baggot Street, Dublin 2, Baggot Street, Dublin

Love the new version of Eddies. Cheaper & still just as tasty!

profile_review

The Leopardstown Inn
Brewery Road, Stillorgan, Dublin

I do love this pub and their chicken goujons but their pints are very pricey. Staff were really nice & helpful in getting us a table for the rugby match.

profile_review

WILDE
The Westbury, Grafton Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Had afternoon tea & all I can say is AMAZING!!! Will definitely be back. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Food - amazing. Setting so comfortable & luxurious.

profile_review

Le Plancha
1A Monkstown Crescent, South Co. Dublin, Monkstown, Dublin

Service was a bit slow & one waiter was particularly rude. He literally threw the menus on the table and went to serve another table as I was about to order some water! He won't last long down there. Was a pity as was really looking forward to trying out the new premises.

profile_review

China Sichuan
The Forum, Ballymoss Road, Dublin 18 , Sandyford, Dublin

Service was a little bit slow & waiter seemed under pressure. That was the only way I can excuse his manner! Food was delicious tho. Cocktail menu is amazing.

profile_review

Baan Thai (Leopardstown)
Central Park, Block P, Dublin 18, Leopardstown, Dublin

Haven't been here for a while - was glad to see the menu had been condensed! Gorgeous food & wine. My only complaint was that the ice cream for dessert was waaaaay over priced.

profile_review

TriBeCa

Another delish meal here. It never lets me down. Consistently good food & service

profile_review

Cafe 31
Old Bray Road, Cabinteely, Dublin

We visited here on Sat evening as a joint birthday celebration for my boyfriend & his son. I had booked a table for 6 people to ensure we wouldn't be squashed into a booth - we were squashed into a booth! As it was very warm on Sat this meant we were all very hot and uncomfortable while there. I had tipped off the waiter that when ordering desserts to bring out 2 desserts with candles - it didn't happen.

profile_review

Jamie's Italian
Pembroke District, Dundrum Shopping Centre, Dublin 14 , Dundrum, Dublin

I want to love this place but I just can't. I find the menu is quite elaborate. I find a dish I like the sound of but then there would be something in it that I don't like. I would not be a fussy eater either! I had a chicken caesar salad & i found very unappealing. The lettuce used was not nice. I don't think I will be rushing back.

profile_review

Kinara Kitchen
17 Ranelagh Village, South Dublin, Ranelagh, Dublin

We hosted a 40th bday here last wkend. From start to finish Muneeb and his staff went above & beyond to make sure the night was a success. I would highly recommend this place for dinner or an event like our own. The food was incredible and also a personalised cocktail for the birthday boy - went down a treat! Will 100% be back. Thanks again.

Service by the manageress is outstanding. So efficient at her job. You can see she is so busy but yet has a handle on everything & is lovely too. Food as always yum! Will defo be back.

profile_review

Angelina's
55 Percy Place, Ballsbridge, Dublin

I had a girls lunch here y'day & it was delicious. The only fault I could see was the furniture was quite dusty. The back of the booths were stacked with dust which was unfortunate. Staff were lovely apart from manager who seems quite abrupt and not very warm. Not sure if I will be back.

profile_review

Havana Tapas Bar
Georges Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

Sort your staff out or I won't be back. You have a great place here, food great, wine great. The only thing letting it down is the staff, who spend time looking at themselves in the mirror more than they do taking your order. When you ask them for something you get a exasperated response. Not impressed.

profile_review

Havana Tapas Bar
Georges Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

Delicious wine, food delish. Happy out with this place once again. Will be back.

profile_review

Peploes Wine Bistro
16 St Stephen's Green, Dublin , City Centre South, Dublin

Was there with people from work. Loved the table where were sitting, service was great, wine & food was amazing. They did get one main course wrong so was delayed for one of the group but they took it off the bill & were very apologetic. Would definitely be back.

profile_review

Havana Tapas Bar
Georges Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

Great food, great wine & great price. Only thing I would improve on is the staff. One very rude young woman - requested a lemon as wanted to have it with the calamari (should have come with IMO) - she either was too busy or forgot when asked again she barked that it was coming & got an unpleasant eye roll! Had to ask for the bill twice & eventually got it from another lady after a reminder wave! Will be back as it is pretty good apart from that one bad experience!

profile_review

Canal Bank Cafe
146 Upper Leeson Street, Dublin 4, Ballsbridge, Dublin

Got a table at very short notice - which we were delighted by! Service was very very slow. We had one starter & one main between us & took ages. Table of 5 beside arrived in after us & got served before us. Seemed very haphazard. Had 5 different staff members service us at different times. We had chicken wings & no finger bowl given - had to request one. Place looks a bit messy when sitting at the bar.

profile_review

The Box Tree
Stepaside Village, South Dublin, Stepaside, Dublin

Food was to die for. Wine was delicious and very good value when you get it from the barrel. Great addition to the area. Will definitely be back

profile_review

Balfe's
The Westbury Hotel, The Westbury Mall, Balfe Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Had a lovely meal here a few weeks ago. Starter was delish but unfortunately my steak came out very under cooked. I sent it back and although the waitress was very apologetic when I got the steak back I got the wrong order with it. Attention to detail in a restaurant like this is vital as it is not cheap. I will be back though.

profile_review

Bunsen
36 Wexford St, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Lovely food. Will defo go back again. Pity it falls down on with the service. Asked for no pickles - got pickles. Asked for ketchup - had to ask twice. For such a basic restaurant it would be amazing if they got those things right. Also was very cold as in draft where we were sitting as people kept leaving the door open & the staff didn't seem to notice the gale blowing through.

profile_review

Bistro One
3 Brighton Road, Foxrock Village, South Dublin, Foxrock, Dublin

Had a gorgeous meal. My fillet steak was perfectly cooked & melt in the mouth. My partners rib eye was huge...barely able to finish it. My only complaint about the place would be the chairs....I think they let it down as not very comfy. Would have had another bottle of wine if felt a little bit more comfortable. The staff are all lovely, friendly & efficient.

profile_review

Al Vesuvio

Delicious pizza every time.

profile_review

The Step Inn Stone-Grill Restaurant
Stepaside Village, Dublin 18 , Stepaside, Dublin

This review is for the coffee shop. Unfortunately I will not be returning. Went for a cup of tea & an apple danish which was stale even after being heated up!! The staff were glum & tired looking. I think its a pity as a nice coffee shop is just what Stepaside village needs.

profile_review

Sophie's
33 Harcourt Street, Dublin, City Centre South, Dublin

This place has no identity. It doesn't know if it's a restaurant or a bar. It's too loud to be a restaurant. We couldn't hear each other over the music

profile_review

Brasserie Sixty6
66/67 Great South Georges Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin

Was really looking forward to trying out this restaurant as it had been many years since my last visit. Was a little disappointed with the food - my chicken was very dry. Food was highly priced for what would be a very casual dining setting.

profile_review

profile_review

TriBeCa

profile_review

8A Brasserie
8A The Crescent, Monkstown, Monkstown, Dublin

Had lunch here y'day. We were kind of hidden away from the main part of the restaurant & were a little forgotten about. Took a while to clear the plates, after being walked past a couple of times. Food was delish & very good value for lunch with dessert & coffee. Would be back & hopefully have better service.

profile_review

profile_review

Rock Lobster @ Harvey Nichols
Dundrum Town Centre, Sandyford Rd, Dublin 14, Dundrum, Dublin

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this place. Food was grand. WAY WAY over priced. Staff were awful! Nobody keeping an eye on the table to see if we needed anything. Asked for water on numerous occasions. It was like we were an inconvenience to them! I don't mind paying for good food & serviced but here I paid a high price & received a very low quality night in food & service. Will not be back. Would not recommend to anybody.

profile_review

Le Plancha
1A Monkstown Crescent, South Co. Dublin, Monkstown, Dublin

We went down one Weds eve. I was hoping it wasn't going to be too quiet but it wasn't - plenty of people there. Waitress was brilliant. Very informative & polite. Food was delish from start to finish. Chicken wings to start, steak, chocolate fondant & cheese board all had.....YUM! Will be back. Very good value too with the early bird all night during the week.

profile_review

Dobbins Restaurant
15 Stephen Lane, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

There were 6 of us in our party & from the time we sat down to the time we left everything was 100%. The staff were so courteous & were able to have a bit of banter. We ordered something not on set menu & it was not a problem & were not charged any substitute on it either. I have been here many times before & always so consistent. Will definitely be back again.
