To celebrate the Four Seasons Hotel Dublin winning the 2012 Best Restaurant Hotel at the Restaurant Association Of Ireland's annual award event, we welcome back the ‘Carnivores' Carnival’ festival, back by popular demand for the third yearandavailable from now until the 20 May. Seasons Restaurant will play host to this special menu which celebrates succulent cuts of meat from around the world.
The Carnivore's Carnival festival features star performances from prime cuts of meat grilled to perfection that will have meat lovers salivating with anticipation and is set to be a mouth-watering culinary experience, celebrating the very best cuts of meat.
All of the meat is grilled with perfect precision ensuring your order is succulent, flavoursome and exactly the way you want it. The main performers include; Roasted Skeaghanore Duck from West Cork an appearance by Creekstone Kansas City Black Angus Beef which includes; an 8oz Dry Striploin, a 6oz Fillet and a 7oz Dry Aged Rib Eye and last but by no means least a solo by New Zealand bred Wagyu Beef for the ultimate burger; this cut has a distinctive yet delicate flavour and is highly prized for its rich flavour and marbling characteristics.
