My husband and I visited here on a random Thursday night and were expecting a similiar experience to the main Salamanca. This was not the case. I ordered the honey glazed prawns which were quite nice but my husband ordered the charcuterie which left a lot to be desired. It really was below par - olives from a tin, meats from ??. The service was quite good, very fast as they are used to turning as many covers as possible in an evening. All in, i'm glad I tried it but I won't be back.

Visited last Sunday evening. The atmosphere is quite nice, and the servers are all extremely nice and helpful. However, out of 4 dishes we ordered (a 3 course meal, and a main course) 2 dishes came out incorrect - we got two chicken mains instead of a past and chicken main, and then we got a creme brulee rather than an ice cream dessert. But the servers were all extremely nice, and it did not feel as bad. But when they got out the incorrect main course, they took the incorrect plate away, and one person ended up with the dish in front of him, whilst I had to wait for the dish to be cooked, which was a bit strange. Other than that, the food is good.

I have been to Salamanca Fusion several times with younger people and always enjoyed the experience. In early May, I went with two friends, mature ladies like myself, for an early bird. It was my friends' first visit and they were very impressed. There's a good choice on the menu and great value at €17. Service was very good, as usual.
