I had the most beautiful duck starter, turf smoked with cornfed chicken & blackpudding sausage served with a red onion jam served on a bed of mixed leaves really tasty for mains I had the fresh monkfish really fresh with crispy leeks on top and a nice seafood sauce & my partner had the steak perfectly cooked with mushrooms and home made onion rings, chips, vegetables & mash potato. for dessert i had the pavlova with fresh fruit almost couldnt finish it but i did my partner had the bread & butter pudding simple traditional but yummy really needed a bed we were so full. the waitress was really nice and knew her job really well.It was the best value meal weve had in a long time €34.95 for four courses I have paid that for a main course in many a fancy restaurant great value great food.dont change a thing especialy set menu price.

Starter = Duck - two cold slices with a piece of lettuce Main= Steak- chopped tomatoes on top???? Desert= Bread and butter pudding- looked more like a half pan of brennans. Possibly no Definitely the worst meal ever. Come on get your act together. * Patrons should be paid to visit*
