    We stayed in a hotel and had an early bird menu which was great value. For the starters we had goat cheese and chicken liver pate. Both were delicious but with distinctive taste. For the mains we chose to have chicken and duck. Again, we couldn't have chosen better. The dishes were quite filling but we got tempted to have deserts as well. I had tiramisu with baileys icecream and it wasn't too sweet. My other half had apple and almond tart which was just OK. The wine selection wasn't very generous but we were able to decide on wine with the help of our helpful waitress. The service was very good - friendly, bubbly and professional at the same time. Beautiful night views over the river and backlit bridges. Overall, will be recommending to my friends and would like to go back.

    Very very good food here, the restaurant is beautiful too, looking over the shannon river! Great service, would recommend a visit

    was staying there and had a set menu as part of my deal.... the selection of choices was great and the food was fantastic.. they gave you pleanty of food, so much that i couldnt even look at the desert menu i was too full... its very reasonable and i would recommend it.
