Went here with friends in the evening time, it was busy and tables close together, didnt really enjoy it. Food was good, slow to arrive so we had a few drinks while waiting. Prices were average so I found it nothing special. Its handy if staying in the hotel, saves having to go out to the village to eat but thats it. If one is staying in the hotel use it but wouldnt recommend going there specially.

I didnt really like this place and i dont think i would go back. The food took ages to arrive and when it did it wasnt really worth the long wait. Was very packed in there, did not have a very enjoyable time.

Fantastic restaurant. Food is always of very high quality. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Love the Maryland with a twist. Maltesters cheesecake is fab. Both my dad and my husband have commented on how amazing the beef is here. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough

We ate here several times over the weekend taking advantage of the early bird menu. The food was very high quality and the service excellent. Even when we wanted to change our choice and take something off the main menu the staff facilitated us with Early Bird prices plus the difference in the courses.

food was nice, the room is very casual and comfortable, pub style but its not a formal restaurant like the prices suggest. Overpriced!

had lunch here but actually chose a starter, as there were very few lunch options. about €11 for starter of smoked salmon, prawn & brown bread - perfect for lunch but way too big as a starter & too expensive also. took me a while to get served but afterwards, service was good. average I would say.

I have to say, I heard so much about this place that I had to visit and to be honest was a bit disappointed. The atmosphere is great, now doubt about that but the food and value for money were poor. My friend got 'gone off' lettuce and peppers in her salad and my caesar salad main course was expensive considering there was no chicken or anchovies. Had expected better food and better value for money. Not sure tourists will want to continue paying these prices.

The food was excellent with really big portions. The coeliac members of our party were also looked after very well. Very impressed.

We dined on a saturday night Service was excellent and well mannered. The Menu had a good choice, starters were excellent with plenty of local produce, the black puddin was good. The Mains were cooked to perfection steak as it was ordered, the fish well baked. The wine selection was very varied even with a nice siclian to choose from. Woul recomend highly. As for the Hotel check if a function is being held - very noisey through out the night.......which is a pity

I've been going to Timmy's since I was young. I love the food here. I always end up eating far too much. I wish I could choose one of everything sometimes. We usaully end up staying in the comfort surroundings for 2-3 hours. I particularly love going to Timmy's during the winter when the open fire is in full roar. Timmy's is my favourite bistro.
