Avoid unless v stuck. staff nice but food v basic and overpriced. Salad was 85% helmanns mayonaise. Sausage basket is not a basket of sausages so beware!!!!!

Ate here last week. I had the cottage pie which was freshly baked. It was made with good quality meat and was very nice. I also had a glass of the house wine which was good value. It was a big place but was a bit quiet. It was nice and warm.

Had the full irish breakfast here this morning. I was welcomed and given a menu as soon as i entered. It was freshly cooked and good quality ingredients were used. It took about 15 minutes from the time i ordered to the time i received my meal. The location is good as it is on the main Dublin to Waterford road. It is a very big building. I liked the food the best and the thing i liked the least was that it was a bit cold.

the long man serves typical pub grub. Nothing special taste wise but good portions and usually fast service. Menu rarely changes but its not bad if you want something quick and filling.
