Ate here with two friends of mine who had been before and really enjoyed it. The service was provided by an extremely pleasant young woman. For starters I had a chicken and sweetcorn soup. Both my friends had spring rolls for their starters. For mains I had beef in a black bean sauce. One friend opted for a chicken curry whilst the other had chicken and pineapple. I had profiteroles for desert whilst the others had ice cream. All of us enjoyed the food.This restaurant offers great value for money and the waitress told us that they are introducing a fifteen euro three course lunch soon. The only downside was that on the day we visited it was a tad quiet which took a little from the atmosphere. Overall however an enjoyable experience and I would return.

Not the trendiest restaurant in Kilkenny, but one that has survived all the changes in fashion and likely to be still there long after the Celtic Tiger is dead and buried. Has all the Chinese favourites served with a bit more authenticity thansimilar restaurants. For that casual meal it's well worth a visit.
