Stopped here for lunch on our way to New Ross. Nice homely place to sit down and read the papers while you eat. Ordered the soup and two toasties. Soup was dire, tasted like cabbage water with alot of pepper in. Toasties on the other hand were good. Lovely staff.

Passing through on a freezing cold sunday called in for a light bite, I had longing for homemade soup with brown bread unfortunatly the only one they had was bacon and turnip!!! (or swede as the menu said) after much debate I went for it, it was a lovely consistency, hot and obviously home made but just bacon and turnip is just not for me, the brown bread however was plentiful and did the trick. My friend had a ham and brie toasted sandwich which was lovely with the brie oozing out. I've been here before the food is lovely, desserts beautiful, maybe next time they will have a more appetising (according to me) soup.

This place is superb.. Great value and tasty food.. The service is spot on and I loved the relaxed atmosphere.. The only word of warning I will give is that you must leave room for their desserts.. They are the BEST desserts ever. I have actually gone back here just for them and a coffee.. They are amazing. Just make sure the people you are with all order different things and don't mind a visit from your spoon...

Our supper club went to circle of friends few weeks ago. The venue was warm and welcoming but the staff were not attentive and friendly. Our party all enjoyed their choice of food.

Very good value. Friendly and pleasant staff. Ham and cheese toastie to die for - proper cut ham, none of your 'sliced' nonsense. Large portions in the soup and sandwich 'combo'. Dwelicious gut-busting desserts. It's a pity bad weather can affect their business so much, since there is a lot of seating outside. It's a lovely spot. I will certainly return when I'm in the area again.

The restaurant is excellently situated at the corner of a square. You can see the buzz arround you (if doesn`t rain). We ate cakes, they were nice. They have even organic wines! The dishes are clean. But the service terrible. Usually (I was there 3 times) youngs, seems unexperienced. The last time there was 6 waiting staff arround and still we had to wait 10 minutes for a glass of tapwater.
