A group of my friends and I recently visited Waterville for 2 nights on both nights we dined in the huntsman restaurant...The atmosphere was great...the service was excellent...and most importantly the food was FANTASTIC....This restaurant is really unique as it has two chef/propreitors..one is Thai and the other is Irish.....so the combination is truly amazing....and it has great value for money......so much choice in one restaurant....if you are visiting waterville you most visit this very special place....
