I loved Fuchsia! Beautiful place, the service was brilliant - we had a child with us and the waiter was brilliant with him! The food was gorgeous and I loved the feeling you got in there! It was a great way to spend our last night and if we get a chance to go back I know the first place I will be going! :)

We had two wonderful evenings in the Fuchsia Restaurant on Valentia island. The service was warm, relaxed and most attentive (without being in your face - if you know what I mean). The restaurant room is layed out simply but like the island has charm and a certain magic. The food was simply fantastic. On one night I had fresh cod like I have never eaten it before - done simply with olive oil and herbs. My wife had the vegetarian option - a Moroccan style spicy dish - beautiful. The delight and joy of finding this place on the island made a wonderful week wonderfuller! We shall be back.
