Paid our second visit here recently. A great little place, with fantastic French country cooking using superb local ingredients. Prices are great, and you can a have a three course meal for €15. Outstanding value and well worth a visit

Paddy's Cottage is about ten km out of Tralee on the Castlegregory Road, and was very quiet last night. Not much passing trade, although hopefully it would be much busier in the summer. We all ate from the a la carte menu, but the 3-course menu for only €15 looked superb value. There were a few menu items unavailable, but Paddy made alternative suggestions and all courses were superb. My main choice was a plain steak and chips, done exactly as requested, my fellow diners were more adventurous. Two had the scallops which were delicious. The selection of mini-desserts was excellent value. Highly recommended and great value. He does theme nights and we are tempted to try the Hawaiian night in a couple of weeks' time!
