Nice place. Food was good and reasonably priced. Joint was clean and cosy. However the staff - Christ! Talk about gruff. There was one chap who was rather pleasant i.e. he smiled when he served but the rest of the waiting staff were terrible. When I went to pay the bill I was left standing for a while before someone eventually came over and stared at me. I told him that I wished to pay and he replied that I had better hurry on and tell him what I had to eat then?!?!? That's not my bloody job and if it was I would be doing it a whole lot better than that. Still if youre passing through its nice to see the Crean photos and Anascaul itself is lovely.
