We ate here on a recent trip and have to say were shocked by the quality of the food, really good cooking very seasonal and not what you would expect from a hotel restaurant, we did not dine in the mercantile but in the main restaurant which is called the walnut room, defo the highlight of our trip to kerry, well done, by the way on a seperate issue this hotel has the most comfortable beds and pillows ever..... still dreaming about those wonderful breads bliss
