Popped in on the off chance of a table late on Saturday night with a friend, got one for just over an hour but it was still plenty of time for us to sample the fabulous Duck they do, probably should have got a side dish too as portions are not huge but it was well cooked and well worth it as usual. I would also recommend the Toblerone cocktail we decided on instead of dessert.. delicious! Service was great if a bit rushed but overall a good dining experience and will be returning.

We booked the 7 course taste of Spring menu, the food was matched by the service both were excellent. The highlight for me was the fish course of halibut with crab tortellini much praise coming from a devout carnivore. The foie gras came a close second, my wife voted for the lamb followed by the fish. The waiters were a tentative but in the background. We haven’t been there in a while but will certainly be going back soon. Highly recommended.

Tasting Menu is definitely worth a try! Had been to Bang once before but went back for their 7 course tasting Menu. Definitely worth it. Just ask for a good table. We were put at the end of the stairs and it was just that busy spot where everyone is passing you on the way out or to the bathrooms and when the door opened upstairs you could feel a chill … That said, the tasting menu was amazing, I loved every single course we got, standing out especially was the foie gras and the John Dory courses. We went with the ‘plus wine’ option and I really enjoyed the first three, but then they started to get sweet and I just don’t like sweet wine. If you’re not a sweet wine / port lover I would recommend picking your own wine. Also, given it was a tasting menu i would have loved if the waitresses had taken more time to explain what the food we were eating was ... But food was amazing.
