Went here Christmas week with my mom. We eat here alot, as the food is always excellent (try the boxty, and the sticky toffee pudding!) and service amiable and efficent. The set menu in Bricin is particularly good value and the place is always busy, surely a good sign!

I ate in the Bricin last weekend with my family and our partners, there was a total of 12 in our group and I must say I can not fault the service, everthing runs so smoothly and professionally. The food was fabulous a very good choice on the menu, although perhaps they could add steak to their set menus as my group and I felt that was the only thing lacking. It was my brothers 30th birthday celebration and the waitress even brought out his dessert with candles on top and sang happy birthday. A very kind gesture which toppped off an exceptional dining experience!

My daughter and I were on a short trip to Killarney and decided to eat in the Bricin. It was excellent. There was a great buzz about the place and the meal was really good. I asked if we could share two different meals, meaning that we ordered 2 meals and wanted them halved, as we wanted to try each one. The staff were very obliging and did just that for us. Next time I am in Killarney, I will definately eat in this restaurant.

I have been to bricin a good few times as my friend loves the place. The menu doesn't have much variation but none the less the food is food. I had the soup which was creamy and tasty. For the main course i had chicken boxty, which was also delicious. for dessert i had the strawberry pavalova which was the best i have ever tasted. All their desserts are homemade. The staff were ok, they rushed us a bit but it was a saturday night and they were very busy.

Ate here a few weeks ago on a Saturday night. Was very impressed, the place is lovely and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We ordered a boxty and a pork and awkwardly asked if we could be served half and half on each plate as we wanted to share. Expected to be told no but staff were only too happy to facilitate us. The food was also excellent. Will definitely make a return trip next time i am in Killarney.

Had a very nice evening meal here. the staff are absloutely lovely! We had no booking but were immediately shown to a table. The deep fried Camembert for starter was very oilyand unpleasant really. However the main course of apricot stuffed pork was delicious as were the stir-fried vegetables and spring onion mash which accompanied it. The sauce however was tasteless unforutnately!! The meal was very good value though! Glad to see they've changed their chairs to a more comfortable type!!

I know the Bricin to be a venue with great food and atmosphere. I've been there many's a time through the years. However, when you are closed for a period, don't let the phone ring out. Even before that, try to have the right phone number on your website. Wished the place was open tonight on a wet, windy Killarney night. Come on Bricin. You're better than that!

ON a recent visit to this restaurant reccomended by a friend. To begin with the welcome we got was brilliant. The fillet steak was to die for. The service couldnt have been better. And value for money was great. The house chardonnay is lovely also. As a restaurant lover. Definitly the Bricin is a must if your in this area.
