went for breakfast here and got an exceptionally warm welcome from the manageress and was shown to the table, menu was extensive and buffet choice was huge, was staying at another hotel but would definatly go to this place for all my meals, not that pricey for the quality and amount of food you get, if your looking for something really tasty and where they dont cut costs on cheap meats, eat at the lansdowne

I've only eaten breakfast here but it was really nice. There was a choice of a full irish breakfast, an omelette or homemade porridge and there was plenty fruit, yogurt and cereal. It was quite expensive though.

Went for dinner here with a group of friends over New Years. Place was lovely looking inside. Atmosphere was a bit dull but I think that was just due to the fact we were there a bit early as when we were leaving some live music was just setting up. I had the beef burger, was delicious and a huge portion. Other members of the group had the scampi, goujans and fish and chips. The presentation was great and everybody enjoyed their meal. I had the selection of icecream for dessert, and others had the fudge cake and apple pie. Had a bite of all of these and everything was of a very high standard. Price was reasonable too at about €15 for all main courses.
