Definately the best hotel food i have ever had. Two course bar menu for €22. The ribs were actually falling off the bone they were that tender. Rib of beef was equally succulent, not your usual roast beef... way better. Freshly baked brown bread for breakfast which was also available to buy. Nice idea. I can see why the hotel gets an extra star as the rooms would be average.

Only 2 stars for atmosphere, simply because I was the only person in the bar during my visit!! I really wanted to try the smokies, as Im a beginner fish eater... Unfortunately they were not on the menu, but my very friendly waiter offered to speak to the kitchen, and the chef agreed to make some for me. Amazing fresh bread and tasty local butter accompanied my lovely bowl of smoked haddock, cream and tomatoes. I absolutely polished them off with a nice glass of white, while sitting beside the fire. The interior is really nice, and Im sure there would be a lovely buzz when its busy. I would and will be back in a heart beat, if just for the smokies alone! Thanks :)

Pub grub at restaurant prices is what you get at Casey's. Portions are small and the food is considerably overpriced . A breast of chicken on mash is 18 Euro, A fillet of chicken burger at 16 euro is dearer than anything that I have paid in the centre of Dublin. I asked for the bill four times and eventually just went to the bar and paid. Overall a poor performance on Casey's behalf.

Top Notch pub grub. I had a burger which was clearly homemade along with homemade onion rings and it was such a treat. It was the best burger I have eaten out. Staff are attentive and very friendly. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxed and I would highly recommend it. Price was reasonable and given the quality I thought it was well worth it. THere is wifi and I was on my own so it was nice to browse web mails etc and that to pass the time.
