Have eaten here several times in the past year and all visits were very positive. Unfortunately, however, this visit was not pleasant. The starters were fine. I ordered Steak medium and my girlfriend Steak medium rare. When the meal arrived everything was cold. The plates were cold, the veg, the steaks and even the pepper sauce (in a little jug) was cold. I asked the waitress to have them re-heated. They brought out new meals (new steaks) and the steaks were completely overcooked. Mine was so overcooked it was inedible. I again brought this to the attention of the waiter and the manager was called. He apologised and offered us drinks. We had desert and received the bill. They billed us for the steaks. I was so fed up I didn't even argue. I feel they should not have billed us for the steaks and probably not even at all.

Steak on the stone was very tasty. Expensive but steaks are. Atmosphere was very pleasant. Tables a bit too close but that's not uncommon in a Dublin restaurant Worth a try for the food
