Here in Mitsuba, our friendly staff will refresh your memory about Japanese food, and provide you first class service and most importantly – “the food you will die for”. English names for the plant include Mitsuba, Japanese wild parsley, Honeywort, San ip and San ye qin, like parsley, the flavor is clean and refreshing with a slightly bitter taste which some describe as Celery-like and the sprouts used in salad. In Japan it is commonly used as a garnish in soups or atop entrees or as a sushi ingredient.

we've been here about 5 times now, just keep going back it's so good! they have the best and freshest sushi around. the place is very homely and unassuming. The main dishes are not fantastic but the sushi more than makes up for it, I love coming here and will definately be back.

Two of us ate here. We were the only ones in there. We have been before so were pleased to re-visit. Lovely food. I had a Menupages voucher and unbeknown to me it had expired at the end of April! So paid full price for what we had and the Owner/Manager gave us a €20 gift voucher which was most kind of him! Very happy. :)

We've eaten here a few times now and have been really happy with the food and service. The sushi rolls are excellent and we've tried out some of the platters too. I'm less impressed with the main courses as the 'vegetables' on the side just seem to be onions and mushrooms. but will keep coming back for the sushi!
