Had a really good meal here, group of 9. Fantastic value, given food quality & service, the view was truly amazing!!! Set menu is a must. Had duck spring rolls, v good, exactly as such be, some had confit of duck with mango, said was v good. For main the lamb shank was reported to be excellent. I had the cod, again really well cooked and presented. Deserts were good also, although I did not participate, but did managed to taste the warm chocolate Service was excellent as was the wine.
Would defo recommend a visit here. Really great value, especially when compare to Dublin!!

We ate the fixed menu last night. It's priced at EUR35 (service not included), which could be deemed to be at the expensive end of the scale. Overall, the meal was competent without rising to any great heights. Parma and Melon with Parmesan salad and chowder starters were good, even if the duo of melons served were a tad hard. My fish (hake) and home-cut chips was pleasant while my wife's Connemara lamb shank (with mash) was certainly tender and falling off the bone with just a little fat. The raspberry roulade was excellent as was the decaffeinated black coffee. Home-made petit fours accompanied the coffee.

The red house wine is a Coteaux de Ventoux. It is pretty good and is worth the EUR22 that's asked for a bottle.

Lamb Cutlets with Garlic, Lemon and Paprika


Why not make up a large quantity of this marinade in advance – it is wonderful with cutlets and would also work well with leg steaks or loin chops. The longer you marinate the meat for, the better the flavour!
