This is a very nice restaurant in the Galway Bay Hotel overlooking the sea and the burren. For a hotel restaurant the standard is very good and all the staff were among the most friendly I have come accross. The restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast is very spacious with extremely comfortable seating throughout, well worth a visit even if you are not staying in the hotel.

Visited the Galway Bay Hotel for a mini family break, we had a meal in the Lobster pot restarant. We had chowder to start which was really nice, we then had the sirloin which was cooked to perfection, then lemon tart to finish which was ok but not to my liking. Overall the service was great and the food ok.

Can't complain about anything. Food is delicious. I had melon to start which was very refreshing, Chicken for mains. The Chicken was so soft and the taste divine. Sat down for dinner at 6.30 and left at 9.30. So relaxed. Everything was perfect. Will def be going back on next visit to Galway.

Had a beautiful meal here overlooking the sea. The smoked salmon was lovely and I had duck as the main course. It fell off the bone and was so moist. So unusual to have such good duck. The service was excellent.
