Had a great experience here, the service is one of the friendliest and relaxed I have come across. We shared the crostini with cheese and pesto to start - this was just ok, nothing special to be honest. For mains, I had the seafood with linguini and really enjoyed it, perfect portion and lovely big juicy prawns and plenty of mussels. We had 3 glasses of wine each and a coffee and bill came to €63 which we were happy with for peak sat night dining. Will definitely go back when next in Galway!

My wife and I visited Gemelles last night without booking in advance. We were brought upstairs and attended to by a very helpful waitress. We both had the goats cheese parcels as starters. A perfect choice. I went for the Fillet steak with home fries, beautifully cooked and well presented. She went for Carbonara Fetuccine Verde. This was washed down with Ljalba, Rioja Reserva. Dessert was the uniquely presented Cheese Cake with icecream. We finished with 2 coffees. A very enjoyable meal at a good price.
