Lovely cafe which is generally busy but has plenty of seating. They do a wide variety of healthy food and other options. I had the vegan 'shepard's pie' which was lovely and very filling and came with a choice of 2 salads for about €10. I also had a yummy juice for €2.50 on offer with apple, orange and ginger. My companion had the veggie lasange with salad and luved it. Hav eaten lunch here each time I have been to Galway city and enjoy it every time.

Having been a vegetarian for 9 years, this has been a godsend in Galway. If you want wholesome food at an affordable price, its a good lunch spot. My favourite is vegetarian moussaka/shepherds pie and they usually have a good selection of salads. Unfortunately, pies etc are heated in microwave. Desserts are yummy and good coffee served. Can get very busy so may have to sit at counter as not very many tables.

Regularly go here for lunch..Wouldnt get anything other than the sandwiches and pannini's as the rest of the stuff is reheated in the microwave. The crumble is definaltly worth getting. Staff always friendly.

This is a good option for healthy wholesome food. Its a simple menu of a tuna bake/veg bake/quiche option with a choice of salads. There is good value, its tasty and healthy. The down side is that all bakes/pies are reheated in the microwave, I'm OK with that but others might be put off by it. There is also only high seating and no baby chairs so its probably not for everybody.

a cute and cosy lunchtime spot. The emphasis is on hearty healthy vegetarian food, nothing spectacular but good value, tasty and filling. Main courses tend to be lasagna/veg bake with a choice of salads. Lighter appetites could go for homemade soup or a mix of salad portions. They also have a range of muffins and cakes/crumbles. I went here for lunch as its really cosy and inviting. Food was ok - thought it was pretty expensive for what you got. ordered a baked potato with bacon and cheese, which had very little cheese or bacon and was completely dry. Was really disappointed with it as I've been here for coffee and the muffins are fab.

everything here was really nice and tasty. Bit pushed for space as it was lunchtime. The desserts are amazing
