I eat here a lot at lunch time because of the five euro lunch offer and I'm never disappointed. Even at peak times it doesn't take long to be seated and getting your food is pretty fun actually. Every time I go I try to make something new and it's not hard to create a delicious combo.
The one thing that does bother me at times is it can get pretty crowded and I often have to scooch in my chair to let people get to their table. And, depending on where you're sitting, there can be a bit of a draft from the bitter cold outside...
But the food and the service make up for that ten-fold. Everyone's super nice and accommodating and I'm happy to keep eating there FOREVER. :)

I have eaten in the Mongolian bbq a few times now and always been very happy. Love the food! Fresh ingredients and great concept (was a little unsure how it worked first time but the staff were happy to show me the ropes). Good value, friendly service and nice beers. It's a great little spot for a fun and tasty evening with friends! Recommend!!

Mixing raw meat and vegetables? Surprising how that works nowadays but judging by the business received ignorance is definitely bliss. I was here 8 years ago and it has not changed since. Still same three meats, a medley of seafood and over sized vegetables. Sauces are definitely way below par and I cant blame the poor spices for its disastrous surroundings. I was even given out to be the the chef for using the wrong bowl. Looking after your customers I see. Well he was about in his early 20's so I don't blame him for the experience. The wine was good. The service was mediocre. The bill, reasonable considering the selection. All in all i would say, go here for the experience, don't come back and then go to Asia to see how it is properly done.

I pass this place all the time and figured the €5 lunch till was too good to be true. Turned out, I was wrong! Really great value and simple set up. You fill a bowl(some people's were overflowing!) with veg, choose your meat and mix with spices, sauces etc. Then hand it to the chefs who cook it in front of you! A large bowl of rice is also included. The food was tasty and there is a good range to choose from. Defo recommend it.

I cannot rate this place highly enough. For the price you pay, you can get an incredible amount of food. As a student it's usually €10 for the all you can eat buffet which has a wide selection of fresh meat and vegetables available.
The staff are friendly and welcoming. The chef even remembered us from a previous visit and said hello.
They're very good for catering for dietary restrictions. One of my friends is a coeliac so they cooked her food separately with different sticks. They also do the same for vegetarians.
They usually have some drinks promotions on which are very reasonable. It's a great place to head to before a night out to ensure you get a proper feed.

I love this place - I have been there multiple times and have never had a negative experience.

The concept is basic but brilliant, and overall quite original for Dublin. It's a make your own BBQ/strirfry hybrid.

There is a great selection of raw veg, and separate meats.

You get a bowl of each - choose your own.
Add spices and sauces of your choice (again they offer an abundance of offerings)..
and then give both bowls to the chef.
He stands behind a flat stone gridle... dumps your meat onto the roasting surface...slices and dices your well seasoned selection...adds the veg and then serves it to you, freshly coocked, in a single bowl...

At your table there is rice waiting (generally an unlimited amount of this isffe offered )...

...sit down and enjoy.

One of the best features here is the deals that they have -

Have been here a couple of times for lunch and visited the first time for dinner. The 5Eur lunch option is certainly worth it. The dinner option is a bit too highly priced at 16Eur, but great if you are really hungry. The service has always been excellent and all employees are really courteous.

Had heard a lot about this place and were eager to check it out. We had imagined from the restaurant's name that the food on offer would be exotic and flavourful. The food was very bland and less impressive than a stir-fry cooked at home. We tried three different sauces (sweet and sour, tikka and ginger and honey) and struggled to notice a difference between them. Was actually a bit depressing. Might be ok for 5euro at lunch, but definitely not for 16euro. Will not be returning.
