I went here with 2 friends at 6pm on a friday, it was raining out and it was very busy. We were seated immediately. I ordered the cajun chicken burger which was beautifully cooked. My friends ordered the bacon cheese burger and the ribs and chicken combo. The bacon cheese burger was perfect, the ribs were lovely but the chicken was a bit disappointing. We also ordered desert, apple cobbler which was lovely and the chocolate fudge cake was huge, it was made to be shared. Service was very good, the waitress was chatty, funny and very likable. I will definitly be returning. And although we didnt order drinks this time, the cocktail menu was impressive.

We popped in here for lunch on Monday. We were greeted and shown to our seats. Our drink order was taken immediately. The server was quite friendly and topped up the drinks when needed. However, we waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive. People that came in after us, got served before us. The food eventually arrived and wasnt great. My BBQ burger was nice enough but not worth the €17 price tag. My partner got a quesadilla starter which was stated as being big enough to share but was actually quite small. I would be still hungry after eating it to myself. The macaroni cheese was lovely though. The price is a rip off. For 1 starter, 1 main, 1 side and 2 soft drinks, the bill came to €46. Thats a lot of money for a lunch which was mediocre at best. I will not be eating here ever again.

Hardrock cafe is usually the spot where me and my mates usually meet once or every 2 weeks for food and drink. Have always been satisfied and enjoyed myself. I love it there. However today I was very disheartened and disappointed. With being my birthday my 2 friends and I decided to go have lunch there. We were welcomed and seated, but from therein our waitress was very dull, the staff(door hosts) were chatting and texting on their phones. When the waitress asked to order our drinks we agreed and mentioned wed like to order the starter with that too but by the time we got to placing the order she quickly left to put in the drinks and never came back to order our starter. At this stage she only had about 4/5 tables upstairs. We tried to get her attention to order our starter but continued ordering from new coming customers before us. We finally ordered the starter (we had the nachos big plate chicken combo). When we were ready to order mains again it was very hard to get her attention or the new waitresses which had began their shift at 1. When we did order our mains from her, i had asked her if the cajun chicken sandwich was in breadcrumbs (as ive never had it before) she said yea they are, asked a few more questions about the food but she answered them very hastily without any acknowledgement. Asked her about the garlic mayo dip she said it was diff, i said could we have a little bit to taste before we get the food out, she said no problem, but the dip never arrived and she did bring it with the food and charged us for it, not that i wanted it for free but we just wanted to taste it, however i did like it. The mains arrived my chicken was not breaded i had said to her she told me it was breaded, she quickly apologized and said she didnt understand and wasnt listening properly. I asked if there was any other type of chicken on the menu that was breaded she said that hardrock doesnt do breaded chicken, but i had the breaded chicken coujons/tenders there before. She followed up by saying enjoy without being offered or a
