The Morgue 4.0 star review: My local pub, find the carvery is absolutely delicious but at 12 quid I reckon it's a little pricey, especially for a student like me haha. Good pub atmosphere, lots of chat, and the service is decent. I'd recommend it

The Morgue 5.0 star review: I love this place for bar food. They are excellent value, especially midweek when you can order two courses for €15. I go here about once a week, absolutely love this place. Massive portions, I love the pasta, and the chicken curry. Definitely, recommend this place!!

The Morgue 5.0 star review: Visit the Morgue regularly and have never been disappointed in the quality and value. My favourite dish is the chicken with broccoli and brie, and morgue fries. Delicious! Atmosphere always friendly.

The Morgue 4.5 star review: They do more than just a cavery here, the food is suprisingly good for bar food. Would definately reccomend the chicken fajitas, they're amazing! Great portions and value for money.

The Morgue 4.0 star review: Have eaten here a few times. The carvery is lovely. I would recommend the lasagne or the blackened cajun chicken. Lovely food for a pub but it is owned by the same people that own The Eden pub in Rathfarnham so the menu is the exact same but I have found The Eden to be nicer in terms or atmosphere, food and staff.

The Morgue 4.0 star review: Popped in here for carvery lunch with my parents. I had been here before and liked the food. We got there about half an hour after the carvery started and it wasnt busy. Me and my dad asked for the beef but there was only the end of a lump left, which couldnt possibly have been used that quickly, so my dad asked the chef if he could open a fresh one and he said no! It was like eating a leather boot. It was awful and nearly flew off the plate when we tried to cut into it. My mam had fish which she said was nice. For the price I wasnt impressed and especially being served something that was probably there from the day before and the attitude when we asked for fresh beef. Wont be returning.

The Morgue 3.5 star review: Met a feiend here after work for something to eat. Always think the pub is a little to dark - especially when you are having a meal. Good choice on menu and food tasty. I had chicken wrap and friend had chicken curry. Both dishes nicely presented and piping hot. As I'm feeling more and more lately - pubs should offer beter deals and encourage people to eat out. Like the one or two who offer the €10 special for a main course and pint or glass of wine - true recession busters. These places deserve to do well.

The Morgue 1.0 star review: Ended up here after a christening on a Sunday.

Really don't like the atmosphere at all when there is a carvery on. Bit like a cattle market and there are not much staff to help out if you have kids trays etc and trying to find a seat.

The food is ok portions are big but I still think that 13 euro for a carvery dinner is way too expensive.

Desserts are not great.

Wouldn't rush back.
