Paparazzi 2.5 star review: I made a reservation for two for Friday night at 8.30 and asked if we could have a seat by the window if possible. Upon arrival we were told no window seats available but that they could move us to one if one became free. We didn't fancy moving all our bits and bobs over but we were not told if one ever did become free so wasn't an issue although I had hoped by making a reservation that a window table could have been held but not a big deal. The table we were seated at was a table for four and it was near the till/stairs and wasn't in a great position in my opinion. It also looked a bit bare save for an unlit tea light candle in the center. I noticed that the tables behind the partition in the center of the room looked a bit better and in fact end of the room looked a bit more atmospheric. Despite that fact that there were tea lights on all tables and at least one church style candle on the shelf in the partition none that I could see were lit and this was a shame as the room could have benefited from a little atmosphere. I had to ask twice to have our candle lit. The starter portions were a good size as were the mains, I went with the pollo broccoli and asked if it was possible to have it without the broccoli, they offered to substitute it with mushrooms which was nice. Once we had finished eating though we called for the bill and moved on as the atmosphere was not such that we were inclined to sit for a while over a bottle of wine and chats. A good spot for a casual meal and good at the price but atmosphere on the night lacking.

Paparazzi 4.5 star review: We had lunch here and found it both delicious and excellent value. I had the haddock and chips while my dining partner had the chicken. Stongly recommend if you want simple tasty food at a good price.

Paparazzi 4.0 star review: Have to leave a review as I had a really good experience there, it is a really nice restaurant. The staff was lovely. There was nothing to complain about, the food was good, well presented and the atmosphere in the restaurant was just as nice as well. I came with a Groupon voucher at short notice, with the kitchen just about to close but still got served and really politely welcomed. thank you.

Paparazzi 4.5 star review: Went here with a deal on a Friday evening. Atmosphere was instantly palpable before we were even up the stairs. Staff were 100% friendly, attentive and polite. Food was served promptly and was beautifully presented. Salad lacked a dab of dressing is literally my only complaint. Stuffed mushrooms to die for, carbonara was lovely. Meatballs were lovely. Didn't stay for desert as we were stuffed. House white was lovely. Will be returning.

Paparazzi 2.5 star review: We ate here at the weekend with a Groupon deal. The restaurant was very busy & very noisey. The lady who took our order wasn't the most friendly but the rest of the staff certainly made up for it. Our starters were delivered promptly & were tasty. I had a pasta dish & the others in the party all had pizzas. The pasta was just ok & rather bland. However, the pizzas were all lovely. I was sorry I hadn't ordered a pizza. We will return as the restaurant is local & generally the food is always of a high standard.

Paparazzi 5.0 star review: We went to Paparazzi on Saturday night . We had a Groupon deal for 2 starters & 2 pasta or pizza dishes for 2 people for 22euro. I've got to say the food was gorgeous & so worth the 22 euro we paid. What a fantastic deal . The staff are friendly & courteous. The athmosphere is great. The food was lovely. Well worth a visit.

Paparazzi 3.0 star review: I've eaten here about three times over the last year or so. The first couple of times were with a group of friends and the last time was with my husband. The staff are always friendly and service very good. The food is fine, its nice but nothing special. The portion sizes are large but the quality can be average. I had chicken for the main course and it was a bit dry and chewy. But because the atmosphere is nice and the staff lovely it was an enjoyable evening.

Paparazzi 5.0 star review: I've been to paparazzi many times and it never fails to impress. i like the fact that there is free parking around the back and the atmosphere is always warm. I went for a bite to eat last Friday with two friends and it was probably the best visit I ever paid the restaurant and I was delighted as my friends had never been before. The host and staff were so friendly, they couldn't have done enough for us. We didn't have starters we had mains and dessert, I ordered the chicken emiliano with pasta and salad which was piping hot and delicious, the portion size was great. I ordered banoffi pie for dessert which was heavenly. We were given a round of drinks on the house following our meal which was a nice touch and the host came by to have a little chat with us in between courses which was lovely. On Friday there was a live spanish guitar player which was nice to listen to. The bill was only 60 euro between the three of us which was great value for money for mains, dessert and drinks (wine). I'll definitely be going back to paparazzi soon as it is always reliable in good value for money, quality food and great service.
